混凝土泵送系統(tǒng)管道負載特性研究

【摘要】:混凝土泵送系統(tǒng)管道負載,指混凝土在管道內(nèi)的流動對泵送系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)生的負載。研究混凝土負載對于泵送混凝土施工過程的控制,泵送混凝土配合比設(shè)計,提高混凝土泵送系統(tǒng)效率,指導(dǎo)泵送系統(tǒng)設(shè)計,增加泵送系統(tǒng)壽命都有重要意義。本課題以混凝土泵送系統(tǒng)管道負載特性為研究對象,基于混凝土流變學(xué)Bingham模型,對混凝土的流變學(xué)特性,泵送混凝土工作性,以混凝土管道負載理論推導(dǎo)為依據(jù),采用理論與實驗相結(jié)合的方法,對混凝土管道負載進行了研究。 論文主要分為7章,現(xiàn)分述如下: 第一章對混凝土泵送系統(tǒng)工作原理及存在問題進行了簡單介紹,介紹了混凝土工作性對混凝土管道負載的影響,介紹了混凝土負載特性研究的流變學(xué)基礎(chǔ),以及本課題的項目來源與研究意義。 第二章介紹了本課題的課題研究目標(biāo)以及課題研究思路,結(jié)合課題研究思路介紹了本課題的具體研究內(nèi)容。 第三章首先借助現(xiàn)有研究,分析了混凝土流變性與工作性之間的聯(lián)系,之后分別介紹了混凝土配合比改變對混凝土工作性的影響,以及這配比對混凝土流變性的影響。 第四章介紹了混凝土工作性流變實驗,通過改變混凝土的配比得到不同工作性和流變性的混凝土,之后通過對混凝土樣品工作性和流變參數(shù)的測試,得到工作性流變參數(shù)范圍。分析配比與流變參數(shù)之間的關(guān)系后,對比工作性流變參數(shù)范圍,得出依據(jù)混凝土工作性的出的混凝土最佳配合比。積累混凝土工作性判定經(jīng)驗,為后續(xù)實驗提供保證。 第五章結(jié)合Bingham模型分析了混凝土在管道內(nèi)的流動狀態(tài),首先確定混凝土在管道內(nèi)為層流,之后根據(jù)Bingham模型,確定混凝土在管道內(nèi)為柱塞流。并依據(jù)Bingham模型,推導(dǎo)出了混凝土直管道的壓降模型,即混凝土管道負載理論模型。 第六章根據(jù)混凝土管道負載理論模型,確定影響混凝土管道負載的主要因素,以此為依據(jù)設(shè)計混凝土管道負載實驗,根據(jù)管道壓降,擬合混凝土管道壓降公式,分析管道負載特性,之后根據(jù)現(xiàn)有研究成果設(shè)計了改進的混凝土管道負載實驗。 第七章對本課題的研究工作進行了總結(jié)與展望。
[Abstract]:Concrete pumping system pipe load, refers to the flow of concrete in the pipeline produced by the pumping system load. It is of great significance to study the concrete load for the control of the construction process of the pumping concrete, the design of the mix ratio of the pumping concrete, the improvement of the efficiency of the concrete pumping system, the guidance of the design of the pumping system, and the increase of the life of the pumping system. Based on the Bingham model of concrete rheology, the paper takes the load characteristics of concrete pumping system as the research object, and based on the theoretical derivation of concrete pipeline load, the rheological characteristics of concrete and the workability of pumping concrete are discussed. The load of concrete pipeline is studied by combining theory with experiment. The paper is divided into seven chapters. The main contents are as follows: in chapter one, the working principle and existing problems of concrete pumping system are introduced, and the influence of concrete workability on the load of concrete pipeline is introduced. This paper introduces the rheological basis of the research on concrete load characteristics, the project source and research significance of this subject. The second chapter introduces the research objectives and research ideas of the subject, and introduces the specific research content of the subject. In the third chapter, the relationship between concrete rheology and workability is analyzed with the help of existing research, and then the influence of concrete mix ratio change on concrete workability and its effect on concrete rheological property are introduced respectively. The fourth chapter introduces the rheological experiment of concrete workability. The concrete with different workability and rheological property is obtained by changing the ratio of concrete. The range of rheological parameters of workability is obtained by testing the workability and rheological parameters of concrete samples. After analyzing the relationship between the ratio and rheological parameters, the optimum mix ratio of concrete based on the workability of concrete is obtained by comparing the range of rheological parameters of workability. To accumulate experience in judging the workability of concrete and provide guarantee for subsequent experiments. In chapter 5, the flow state of concrete in pipeline is analyzed with Bingham model. Firstly, it is determined that concrete is laminar flow in pipeline, and then, according to Bingham model, concrete is determined to be plunger flow in pipeline. Based on the Bingham model, the pressure drop model of concrete pipeline is derived, that is, the load theory model of concrete pipeline. In the sixth chapter, according to the theoretical model of concrete pipeline load, the main factors affecting the load of concrete pipeline are determined. Based on this, the experiment of concrete pipeline load is designed, and the formula of pressure drop of concrete pipeline is fitted according to the pressure drop of concrete pipeline. Based on the analysis of pipeline load characteristics, an improved concrete pipeline load experiment is designed according to the existing research results. The seventh chapter summarizes and prospects the research work of this subject.
