【摘要】：設(shè)計策略貫穿設(shè)計全過程。它是分析設(shè)計條件、梳理設(shè)計問題、提出設(shè)計方向、指導(dǎo)設(shè)計實踐的重要內(nèi)容,在很大程度上決定著設(shè)計產(chǎn)生出的成果。然而,在現(xiàn)有建筑設(shè)計理論框架中,針對設(shè)計策略概念的研究略顯薄弱。已有研究中,重點主要集中在對單一策略或者單一類型建筑的設(shè)計策略研究,并未形成以設(shè)計策略為主體的設(shè)計理論內(nèi)容。 本論文在理論研究、分析比較、歸納總結(jié)的基礎(chǔ)下,初步建立起設(shè)計策略的理論框架。在理論框架中,提出了原則型、概念型、操作型以及控制型設(shè)計策略四層級的分類方式,形成了包括順序型、反饋型、分支型和適應(yīng)型等策略組合模式,并對設(shè)計策略的表達(dá)形式進(jìn)行了總結(jié),歸納出文字表達(dá)、圖示圖解表達(dá)、數(shù)字與輔助技術(shù)表達(dá)以及模型模擬表達(dá)等表達(dá)方式。 高層城市綜合體具有體型巨大、內(nèi)容復(fù)雜的特點,體現(xiàn)建筑的功能性和城市公共性的復(fù)合。高層城市綜合扮演著提供城市更新、功能使用以及文化生活等多重角色,對城市發(fā)展具有重要的意義。高層城市綜合體設(shè)計矛盾多樣集中,挑戰(zhàn)與突破共存。從設(shè)計主體、設(shè)計條件到設(shè)計內(nèi)容、設(shè)計意義都極為復(fù)雜,完成一個成果需要凝結(jié)設(shè)計師更綜合的思想和更豐富的設(shè)計策略。 因此,高層城市綜合體設(shè)計策略的研究具有重要意義。通過分析高層城市綜合體設(shè)計中四種類型的設(shè)計策略,豐富了設(shè)計理論研究同時,實現(xiàn)對高層城市綜合體設(shè)計實踐的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:The design strategy runs through the whole design process. It is an important content of analyzing design conditions, combing design problems, putting forward design direction and guiding design practice, which to a great extent determines the result of design. However, the research on the concept of design strategy is weak in the existing architectural design theory framework. In the previous research, the focus is on the design strategy of single strategy or single type of building, but not on the design theory of design strategy as the main body. On the basis of theoretical research, analysis, comparison and summarization, the theoretical framework of design strategy is preliminarily established in this paper. In the theoretical framework, four levels of classification methods are proposed, which are principle, conceptual, operational and control-oriented design strategies, which include sequential, feedback, branching and adaptive strategies. The expression forms of the design strategy are summarized, such as text expression, graphic representation, digital and auxiliary technique expression and model simulation expression, etc. High-rise city complex has the characteristics of huge size and complex content, which embodies the combination of architectural function and urban publicity. High-rise cities play a multi-role in providing urban renewal, functional use and cultural life, which is of great significance to urban development. The design of high-rise urban complex is diverse and concentrated, and challenges and breakthroughs coexist. The significance of design is very complex from the design subject, design condition to design content. To complete a result, it is necessary to condense the designer's more comprehensive thought and more abundant design strategy. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the design strategy of high-rise city complex. By analyzing the design strategies of four types in the design of high-rise urban complex, this paper enriches the research of design theory and realizes the guiding significance for the design practice of high-rise urban complex.
