【摘要】：工業(yè)遺產建筑承載著工業(yè)大生產時期的歷史記憶和時代精神，是一種寶貴的物質和非物質文化遺產。我國在上世紀90年代起開始重視工業(yè)遺產區(qū)域及其建筑的保護，同時針對工業(yè)遺產的更新改造實踐也逐步興起。在這一過程中，實際上并沒有一套成熟固定的設計手法，建筑師在此類項目中的創(chuàng)造自由度相對較大，同時對于再利用的功能選擇也相對片面，出現(xiàn)良莠不齊的改造結果不難預見，，但其中仍不乏精品。而西方國家由于較早進入該領域進行保護與實踐，積累的設計經(jīng)驗也相對成熟，許多優(yōu)秀的更新改造案例都具有一定代表性。因此國內外的優(yōu)秀案例是本文重要的參考借鑒來源。 在本文中筆者提出的介入設計策略，作為工業(yè)遺產更新改造的策略之一，主要強調了“差異化”的設計原則。介入設計策略包括介入對象、介入元素、介入類型和手法幾個方面，其中介入元素與介入對象之間是有清晰界定的，介入元素以介入對象為背景突出自身，并與介入對象形成一個新整體。 全文共分為5個章節(jié)：第一章是緒論，闡述了相關研究背景和重要概念，并對相關理論和研究對象的發(fā)展狀況進行研究，制定出本文的研究方法和論文框架。第二三章是全文的核心部分。第二章是對介入設計策略的基礎研究，筆者首先闡述了該策略在舊建筑更新改造策略中的定位關系，并對其具體內涵和設計原則進行分析研究。然后分別對介入對象和介入元素兩方面進行詳細論述，針對介入對象主要研究其范圍和切入點，針對介入元素主要研究其特征和來源。第三章通過對介入設計類型和介入設計手法進行分析，闡述了介入對象和介入元素兩者具體交融反應的過程，并根據(jù)介入對象的層級劃分成建筑群體層面和建筑單體層面兩個部分。第四章在前面兩章研究的基礎上，提出了對于該策略的若干思考，包括策略的建筑現(xiàn)象學意義、介入程度及其影響因素和策略的歷史角色幾個方面。第五章通過對唐山市城市展覽館和公園、上海同濟設計集團新辦公樓兩個實例進行具體分析，體現(xiàn)了介入設計策略在實際項目中的系統(tǒng)運用，并根據(jù)不同實例設計背景提出了關于該策略的思考。
[Abstract]:The industrial heritage building bears the historical memory and the spirit of the times in the period of industrial mass production and is a precious material and intangible cultural heritage. In the 1990s, China began to attach importance to the protection of industrial heritage areas and their buildings. In this process, in fact, there is no set of mature and fixed design techniques. Architects have relatively greater degree of freedom in such projects and relatively one-sided selection of reuse functions. Good and bad mixed transformation results are not difficult to predict, but there are still some fine. Because the western countries entered the field of protection and practice earlier, the accumulated design experience is relatively mature, and many excellent cases of renewal and transformation are representative. Therefore, domestic and foreign excellent cases are the important reference source of this paper. As one of the strategies of industrial heritage renewal and transformation, the author puts forward the design strategy of intervention in this paper, which emphasizes the design principle of "differentiation". Intervention design strategy includes intervention objects, intervention elements, types and techniques of intervention, in which there is a clear definition between intervention elements and intervention objects, and intervention elements highlight themselves with the background of intervention objects. And with the object of intervention to form a new whole. The paper is divided into five chapters: the first chapter is the introduction, which describes the relevant research background and important concepts, and studies the development of relevant theories and research objects, and formulates the research methods and framework of this paper. The second and third chapter is the core part of the paper. The second chapter is the basic research of the intervention design strategy. Firstly, the author expounds the positioning relationship of the strategy in the old building renovation strategy, and analyzes its specific connotation and design principles. Then the intervention object and intervention element are discussed in detail. The scope and breakthrough point of intervention object and the characteristics and source of intervention element are studied. In the third chapter, by analyzing the types and methods of interventional design, the author expounds the process of the concrete blending reaction between the intervention object and the intervention element. According to the level of intervention object, it can be divided into two parts: architectural group level and architectural monomer level. On the basis of the previous two chapters, the fourth chapter puts forward some thoughts on the strategy, including the architectural phenomenological significance of the strategy, the degree of intervention, its influencing factors and the historical role of the strategy. The fifth chapter through the Tangshan city exhibition hall and the park, Shanghai Tongji design group new office building two examples to carry on the concrete analysis, has manifested the intervention design strategy in the actual project system application, According to the design background of different examples, the paper puts forward some thoughts on the strategy.
