城市綜合管溝設(shè)計(jì)的相關(guān)問題研究

【摘要】:城市中的給水、排水、電力、電信、燃?xì)獾鹊叵率姓芫工程,俗稱生命線工程,它是一個(gè)城市的毛細(xì)血管,是信息、能源和物質(zhì)的載體,并將它們輸送到千家萬戶,同時(shí)也是生產(chǎn)和生活高效率,高質(zhì)量運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的保證[1]。越來越多的管線敷設(shè)加劇了城市地下空間的緊張,縱橫交錯(cuò)的地下管線,給城市改建、城市擴(kuò)建以及城市地下軌道交通的發(fā)展帶來了極大的不便,傳統(tǒng)的市政管線敷設(shè)方式已經(jīng)不能滿足城市發(fā)展的要求。綜合管溝是一種現(xiàn)代化、集約化的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施,迄今為止,綜合管溝已經(jīng)有一百七十多年的歷史了,但在我國(guó)仍屬于新興事物。歐美發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家城市發(fā)展建設(shè)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)表明,建設(shè)綜合管溝是解決城市地下管線難題的有效途徑,也是市政管線敷設(shè)發(fā)展的趨勢(shì)。綜合管溝建設(shè)設(shè)計(jì)關(guān)系到市政管線的安全性,可靠性和使用壽命等,以往的綜合管溝設(shè)計(jì)主要依靠設(shè)計(jì)者的經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),,地區(qū)差別大,設(shè)計(jì)成果缺乏科學(xué)的理論分析和計(jì)算。 本文在調(diào)查了大量國(guó)內(nèi)外綜合管溝建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀和布置方案的基礎(chǔ)上,通過分析綜合管溝的特點(diǎn)和建設(shè)影響因素,提出了綜合管溝的管線收容原則,根據(jù)每種市政管線的特點(diǎn),深入分析了收容管線之間的相容性問題,并提出解決方案。針對(duì)綜合管溝內(nèi)管線如何布置的核心問題,本文根據(jù)實(shí)際情況,對(duì)綜合管溝截面作了了簡(jiǎn)化,建立了相應(yīng)的數(shù)學(xué)模型,并利用遺傳算法的數(shù)學(xué)思想,對(duì)模型求解。 最后結(jié)合實(shí)例對(duì)數(shù)學(xué)模型和算法進(jìn)行仿真分析。為了驗(yàn)證算法的正確性,本文使用了MATLAB軟件對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行仿真分析。 (1)本文首先對(duì)綜合管溝的建設(shè)因素進(jìn)行了研究分析,主要從管溝的建設(shè)符合城市發(fā)展規(guī)劃的角度進(jìn)行闡述,包括與地上建構(gòu)筑物的關(guān)系、地下管線的關(guān)系、城市軌道交通及時(shí)間的規(guī)劃。 (2)本文對(duì)各類管線的特性進(jìn)行分析,然后對(duì)其納入綜合管溝的可行性進(jìn)行了研究。提出了給水管、電力電纜、通信電纜、熱力管線以及燃?xì)夤軜?gòu)成納入綜合管溝的基本管線,建議重力流雨水管線和污水管不納入綜合管溝等觀點(diǎn),并對(duì)可納入綜合管溝的各類管線相容性進(jìn)行了研究分析。 (3)本文根據(jù)國(guó)內(nèi)已建的綜合管溝的截面形狀大部分采用矩形截面的情況,假設(shè)所建管溝截面為矩形,考慮到管溝所收容的5種管線內(nèi)介質(zhì)的物理化學(xué)性質(zhì)及壓力壓強(qiáng)等因素,制定了每種管線的影響范圍,并建立了數(shù)學(xué)模型,包括目標(biāo)函數(shù)和約束條件。 (4)最后采用遺傳算法解決多目標(biāo)的數(shù)學(xué)思想,以Matlab軟件為計(jì)算平臺(tái),結(jié)合綜合管溝內(nèi)附屬設(shè)施,得出合理科學(xué)的布置方案,并用實(shí)例進(jìn)行分析驗(yàn)證。
[Abstract]:Underground municipal pipeline projects, such as water supply, drainage, electricity, telecommunications, gas and so on in the city, commonly known as lifeline projects, are the capillaries of a city, the carrier of information, energy and materials, and they are transported to thousands of households. Also is the production and life high efficiency, the high quality operation guarantee [1]. More and more pipeline laying has increased the tension of urban underground space. The crisscross underground pipeline has brought great inconvenience to urban reconstruction, urban expansion and the development of urban underground rail transit. Traditional municipal pipeline laying can not meet the requirements of urban development. Comprehensive pipe ditch is a modern and intensive infrastructure. Up to now, it has a history of more than 170 years, but it is still a new thing in our country. The experience of urban development and construction in developed countries in Europe and America shows that the construction of comprehensive pipe trenches is an effective way to solve the problem of urban underground pipelines, and is also the trend of municipal pipeline laying and development. The design of comprehensive pipe ditch is related to the safety, reliability and service life of municipal pipeline. In the past, the design of comprehensive pipe ditch mainly depends on the designer's experience. The regional difference is great, and the design results are lack of scientific theoretical analysis and calculation. On the basis of investigating the present situation and layout of comprehensive pipe ditch construction at home and abroad, through analyzing the characteristics and influencing factors of comprehensive pipe ditch construction, this paper puts forward the pipeline acceptance principle of comprehensive pipe ditch, according to the characteristics of each kind of municipal pipeline. In this paper, the compatibility of reception pipeline is analyzed, and the solution is put forward. In view of the core problem of how to arrange the pipeline in the integrated pipe ditch, this paper simplifies the section of the integrated pipe channel according to the actual situation, establishes the corresponding mathematical model, and solves the model by using the mathematical idea of genetic algorithm. Finally, the mathematical model and algorithm are simulated and analyzed with an example. In order to verify the correctness of the algorithm, this paper uses MATLAB software to simulate and analyze the data. Mainly from the point of view that the construction of the gutter conforms to the urban development plan, including the relationship with the above ground building structure, the relation of the underground pipeline, Urban rail transit and time planning. 2) this paper analyzes the characteristics of all kinds of pipelines, and then studies the feasibility of integrating them into comprehensive gutters. The basic pipeline composed of water supply pipe, power cable, communication cable, thermal pipeline and gas pipe is put forward. It is suggested that gravity flow Rain Water pipeline and sewage pipe should not be included in integrated pipe ditch. The compatibility of all kinds of pipelines which can be included in the comprehensive pipe trench is studied and analyzed. (3) according to the fact that the cross-section shape of the domestic integrated ditch is mostly rectangular section, the section of the pipe ditch is assumed to be rectangular. Taking into account the physical and chemical properties and pressure of the medium in the five pipelines, the influence range of each pipeline is established and the mathematical model is established. It includes objective function and constraint condition. Finally, using genetic algorithm to solve the mathematical idea of multi-objective, taking Matlab software as the computing platform, combining with the auxiliary facilities in the comprehensive pipe ditch, the reasonable and scientific arrangement scheme is obtained. An example is used to analyze and verify.
