【摘要】：采用KBQX-30DG單管干冰清洗機(jī)進(jìn)行混凝土干冰清洗試驗(yàn),結(jié)果表明清洗效果好,但試塊表面會(huì)產(chǎn)生孔隙�；谡辉囼�(yàn),研究了清洗過(guò)程中的4個(gè)因素(干冰流量、清洗距離、清洗時(shí)間及噴射角度)對(duì)混凝土表面孔隙的影響。運(yùn)用極差分析法對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行處理,結(jié)果表明干冰流量對(duì)表面孔隙率增長(zhǎng)量影響明顯,隨著干冰流量的增加,表面孔隙率增長(zhǎng)量增加,當(dāng)干冰流量大于1.54kg/min時(shí),表面孔隙率增長(zhǎng)量劇增;噴射角度對(duì)表面孔隙率增長(zhǎng)量的影響較明顯,噴射角度在55°~60°及85°~90°范圍內(nèi),對(duì)表面孔隙率增長(zhǎng)量多于噴射角度在65°~70°及75°~80°范圍內(nèi);清洗距離與清洗時(shí)間對(duì)表面孔隙率增長(zhǎng)量影響不明顯。運(yùn)用線性回歸分析及層次分析法得到各因素的權(quán)值,通過(guò)權(quán)值計(jì)算得到的各因素對(duì)表面孔隙率增長(zhǎng)量影響的主次順序與極差分析相一致。各因素對(duì)表面孔隙率增長(zhǎng)量的影響為隧道干冰清洗提供了一定的理論基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:KBQX-30DG single pipe dry ice cleaning machine was used to clean concrete dry ice. The results show that the cleaning effect is good, but the surface of the sample will produce pores. Based on orthogonal test, the effects of four factors (dry ice flow, cleaning distance, cleaning time and spray angle) on the surface porosity of concrete were studied. The data were processed by the range analysis method. The results show that the dry ice flow rate has an obvious effect on the surface porosity growth. With the increase of the dry ice flow rate, the surface porosity increases, and when the dry ice flow rate is greater than 1.54kg/min, the surface porosity increases with the increase of the dry ice flow rate. The effect of jet angle on the increase of surface porosity is obvious. The increase of surface porosity in the range of 55 擄~ 60 擄and 85 擄~ 90 擄is more than that of jet angle in the range of 65 擄~ 70 擄and 75 擄~ 80 擄. The effect of cleaning distance and cleaning time on the increase of surface porosity is not obvious. The weight of each factor is obtained by linear regression analysis and analytic hierarchy process. The primary and secondary order of the influence of each factor on the increase of surface porosity is consistent with the range analysis. The influence of various factors on the increase of surface porosity provides a theoretical basis for tunnel dry ice cleaning.
