錨索布置對深攪加芯樁的受力影響

【摘要】:土層錨索深攪拌加芯屬于SMW (Soil Mixing Wall)工法,是一種比較新穎、快捷的深基坑支護(hù)方法。這種新型的施工技術(shù)多應(yīng)用于在軟土地區(qū)的基坑支護(hù),目前已在日本、中國等大多數(shù)城市得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。該工法引入越南的時間相對較短,首次應(yīng)用是在1997年應(yīng)用于河內(nèi)VietcomBank高層樓基坑支護(hù)及越南電力總公司的信息與管理中心高層樓基坑支護(hù),隨后于2008年越南最高的高層樓Keangnam Landmark Tower基坑支護(hù)也開始使用SMW工法施工。隨著SMW工法的推廣使用,在越南地區(qū)得到很多寶貴的施工經(jīng)驗。本文結(jié)合某實際工程實例,進(jìn)一步深入探討土層錨索分布對深攪加芯樁的受力影響,具體內(nèi)容如下: 本文首先總結(jié)了錨索、深攪樁支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)的典型型式及土壓力計算理論。 其次結(jié)合具體工程實例采用巖土工程專用軟件Plaxis(?)析不同錨索間距、超載、開挖深度對樁身彎矩、位移的影響規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明當(dāng)錨索間距在3m-4m之間時樁身彎矩分布規(guī)律比較合理,并且針對不同位置的錨索,其施加的預(yù)應(yīng)力值應(yīng)根據(jù)實際地質(zhì)情況具體考慮;隨著基坑周邊超載的增大,其彎矩及位移也會相應(yīng)增加,施工中應(yīng)嚴(yán)格控制周邊荷載大。换娱_挖越深則樁身彎矩及位移越大,為保證基坑的安全,在開挖過程中應(yīng)做好監(jiān)測工作,隨時調(diào)整施工方案。
[Abstract]:The deep mixing and core-adding of soil anchor cable belongs to the SMW Soil Mixing Wall method, which is a novel and quick method for supporting deep foundation pit. This new construction technology is mostly used in foundation pit support in soft soil area and has been widely used in most cities such as Japan and China. The first application of the method was applied in 1997 to support the foundation pit of the Viet com Bank high-rise building in Hanoi and the information and management center of Vietnam Electric Power Corporation in 1997. SMW construction was followed in 2008 by Keangnam Landmark Tower, Vietnam's tallest high-rise building. With the popularization and application of SMW method, a lot of valuable construction experience has been gained in Vietnam. Combined with a practical engineering example, this paper further discusses the influence of the distribution of soil anchor cable on the stress of deep mixing pile. The concrete contents are as follows: firstly, this paper summarizes the anchor cable, Typical types of Deep mixing pile supporting structure and Earth pressure calculation Theory. Secondly, the special software Plaxis for geotechnical engineering is adopted in combination with concrete engineering examples. The influence of different cable spacing, overload and excavation depth on bending moment and displacement of pile body is analyzed. The results show that the distribution law of pile bending moment is reasonable when the spacing of anchor cable is between 3m-4m, and the applied prestress value of anchor cable in different position should be considered according to the actual geological conditions, with the increase of the overload around the foundation pit, The bending moment and displacement will increase correspondingly, and the magnitude of surrounding load should be strictly controlled in construction, and the deeper the excavation, the greater the bending moment and displacement of pile body. In order to ensure the safety of foundation pit, monitoring work should be done in the excavation process and the construction scheme should be adjusted at any time.
