【摘要】：我國(guó)中小型城市遍布廣泛，伴隨著城市結(jié)構(gòu)的變化與發(fā)展，城市社區(qū)也經(jīng)歷著多次的演變，其自身的結(jié)構(gòu)和社區(qū)居民的要求日趨復(fù)雜化，于是對(duì)社區(qū)內(nèi)文化體育類建筑的靈活性要求增強(qiáng)，需要其成為多功能、多內(nèi)涵的社會(huì)活動(dòng)場(chǎng)所。因此在服務(wù)城市社區(qū)的公共設(shè)施建設(shè)中大量出現(xiàn)了文化體育中心這一種類型，文體中心不僅是簡(jiǎn)單的功能疊加，更多是在城市社區(qū)的空間環(huán)境下如何高效性地運(yùn)作各功能系統(tǒng)。如何滿足未來我國(guó)城市化進(jìn)程的文體中心設(shè)計(jì)成為本論文的研究重點(diǎn)。 本課題以城市社會(huì)產(chǎn)業(yè)變革、居民結(jié)構(gòu)和其需求為研究背景，以文體中心為研究?jī)?nèi)容，定位于城市社區(qū)，總結(jié)現(xiàn)狀存在的問題，結(jié)合未來發(fā)展動(dòng)態(tài)，分析其影響因素;在此基礎(chǔ)上以相關(guān)服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)為研究對(duì)象，探討城市社區(qū)文體中心建筑的現(xiàn)狀概況，再對(duì)我國(guó)城市社區(qū)人口結(jié)構(gòu)、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、國(guó)家發(fā)展策略與其自身等因素的分析之上，系統(tǒng)地對(duì)城市社區(qū)文化體育中心設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行探討，進(jìn)而研究其功能布局、空間形態(tài)、交通組織與景觀環(huán)境適應(yīng)城市人的行為模式。 最后歸納總結(jié)符合我國(guó)城市社區(qū)未來發(fā)展的文化體育中心特性，這對(duì)于各個(gè)城市中的城市社區(qū)的實(shí)踐具有切實(shí)可行的借鑒意義，同時(shí)為研究服務(wù)城市社區(qū)居民休閑文化生活的公共建筑設(shè)計(jì)提供有益的參考。
[Abstract]:With the change and development of the urban structure, the urban community has also experienced many changes, its own structure and the requirements of the community residents are becoming more and more complicated. Therefore, the flexibility of cultural and sports architecture in the community needs to be enhanced, and it needs to be a multi-functional and multi-connotation social activity place. Therefore, in the construction of public facilities serving urban communities, a large number of cultural and sports centers have emerged. The cultural and sports centers are not only simple superposition of functions, but also how to operate each functional system efficiently in the spatial environment of urban communities. How to satisfy the design of the cultural and cultural center in the future urbanization process of our country becomes the research focus of this thesis. This topic takes the urban social industry transformation, the resident structure and its demand as the research background, takes the sports and culture center as the research content, locates in the city community. This paper summarizes the problems existing in the present situation, analyzes the influencing factors with the future development trend, discusses the present situation of the urban community recreation and cultural center building, and then discusses the population structure of the urban community in our country, taking the related service industry as the research object. Based on the analysis of economic development, national development strategy and its own factors, this paper systematically discusses the design of urban community culture and sports center, and then studies its functional layout and spatial form. Traffic organization and landscape environment adapt to the behavior pattern of urban people. Finally, the characteristics of culture and sports center that accord with the future development of urban community in our country are summarized and summarized, which has practical significance for the practice of urban community in each city. At the same time, it provides a useful reference for the study of the public building design which serves the leisure cultural life of the urban community residents.
