【摘要】:進(jìn)入21世紀(jì),世界各地城市生存環(huán)境、城市人口和城市地域規(guī)模都趨近于飽和,人口眾多、交通擁堵是城市的通病,嚴(yán)重制約著城市的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。進(jìn)行城市地下空間開(kāi)發(fā),節(jié)約有限的土地資源,這是解決城市化過(guò)密,地面交通擁堵等問(wèn)題的有效途徑。地下空間具有環(huán)境條件相對(duì)穩(wěn)定、施工條件不受氣候條件限制等諸多優(yōu)點(diǎn)。在現(xiàn)代城市建設(shè)過(guò)程中,充分發(fā)揮地下空間的環(huán)境優(yōu)點(diǎn),與地上空間工程建設(shè)互相結(jié)合、互相補(bǔ)充,這樣就能創(chuàng)造一個(gè)比較適宜人類居住的城市生存空間。因此,近年來(lái)城市地下空間的開(kāi)發(fā)和利用成了未來(lái)城市發(fā)展空間的重要方向。開(kāi)發(fā)利用地下空間可以擴(kuò)展新的使用空間,在一定程度上緩解現(xiàn)代城市發(fā)展的生產(chǎn)及生活用地矛盾、交通擁阻等問(wèn)題。地下空間開(kāi)發(fā)涉及空間資源合理規(guī)劃、地質(zhì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制、工程施工技術(shù)、建筑成本等諸多因素,地下空間工程建設(shè)施工工期長(zhǎng)、技術(shù)難度大、建設(shè)成本高。因此,進(jìn)行城市地下空間開(kāi)發(fā)及利用適宜性評(píng)價(jià),是現(xiàn)代地下工程研究領(lǐng)域一個(gè)重要課題,,對(duì)未來(lái)城市建設(shè)的發(fā)展方向,具有十分重要的實(shí)際意義和指導(dǎo)意義。 本論文第一部分介紹了城市地下空間開(kāi)發(fā)的重要意義和國(guó)內(nèi)外在地下工程建設(shè)方面的研究現(xiàn)狀;第二部分介紹了石家莊城市地質(zhì)概況和地下空間開(kāi)發(fā)利用存在的主要問(wèn)題;第三部分以大量的地質(zhì)資料為基礎(chǔ),把影響城市地下空間開(kāi)發(fā)利用的因素分成工程地質(zhì)條件、水文地質(zhì)條件、巖土體條件、地面及地域位置條件和不良地質(zhì)條件五個(gè)方面;第四部分運(yùn)用層次分析法,確定了影響地下空間開(kāi)發(fā)的地形地貌、地層結(jié)構(gòu)、地層穩(wěn)定性、地下水深度等十四個(gè)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的權(quán)重,將各個(gè)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)數(shù)值化,然后根據(jù)灰色數(shù)學(xué)理論計(jì)算出評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)數(shù)列與各評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)界限值數(shù)列之間的關(guān)聯(lián)度,確定適宜性等級(jí),以GIS底圖為基礎(chǔ),利用綜合疊加的方法得出了石家莊地下空間開(kāi)發(fā)及利用適宜性分區(qū)圖;最后做出總結(jié),為石家莊地下空間開(kāi)發(fā)的規(guī)劃、開(kāi)發(fā)、設(shè)計(jì)、施工等提出建議。
[Abstract]:In the 21st century, the living environment of cities around the world, urban population and urban area scale are approaching saturation, population is large, traffic congestion is a common problem of cities, which seriously restricts the sustainable development of cities. The development of urban underground space and the saving of limited land resources are effective ways to solve the problems of urbanization and traffic congestion. Underground space has many advantages, such as relatively stable environmental conditions, construction conditions are not restricted by climatic conditions and so on. In the process of modern city construction, the environmental advantages of underground space should be brought into full play, and the above ground space construction should be combined with each other, thus creating a city living space suitable for human being. Therefore, in recent years, the development and utilization of urban underground space has become an important direction of future urban development space. The development and utilization of underground space can expand the new use space, alleviate the contradiction of production and living land, traffic obstruction and so on in the development of modern city to a certain extent. The development of underground space involves many factors, such as reasonable planning of space resources, geological risk control, engineering construction technology, construction cost and so on. The construction period of underground space engineering is long, the technical difficulty is great, and the construction cost is high. Therefore, it is an important subject in the field of modern underground engineering to evaluate the suitability of the development and utilization of urban underground space. The first part of this paper introduces the significance of urban underground space development and the domestic and foreign research status in underground engineering construction; The second part introduces the geological situation of Shijiazhuang city and the main problems existing in the development and utilization of underground space, the third part divides the factors affecting the development and utilization of urban underground space into engineering geological conditions based on a large amount of geological data. Hydrogeological conditions, rock and soil conditions, ground and regional location conditions and poor geological conditions. Part four uses the Analytic hierarchy process to determine the topography, geomorphology, stratigraphic structure, stratigraphic stability that affect the development of underground space, The weight of 14 evaluation indexes, such as groundwater depth, is numerically valued, and then the correlation degree between the evaluation index series and the limit value series of each evaluation index is calculated according to the grey mathematics theory, and the suitability grade is determined. Based on the background map of GIS, the paper obtains the zoning map of the development and suitability of underground space in Shijiazhuang by using the method of comprehensive superposition, and finally makes a summary, and puts forward some suggestions for the planning, development, design and construction of underground space development in Shijiazhuang.
