【摘要】：20世紀(jì)工業(yè)文明的興起帶來了工業(yè)城市的發(fā)展、科學(xué)技術(shù)的進(jìn)步,人類生活水平的提高。然而隨之而來的工業(yè)化運(yùn)動一方面導(dǎo)致了全球性環(huán)境問題和生態(tài)危機(jī),而另一方面由于經(jīng)濟(jì)格局和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的改變、信息化下的傳統(tǒng)工業(yè)基地的功能性衰退、城市化中的產(chǎn)業(yè)空間布局的調(diào)整,所造成的被圍合于城市中心地帶的產(chǎn)業(yè)類用地被廢棄。這些廢棄地的處置引起了生態(tài)學(xué)家、建筑師、規(guī)劃師、景觀師的極大興趣和廣泛思考。本研究主要論述了以景觀都市主義理論為指導(dǎo)的工業(yè)廢棄地景觀改造以及對其污染處理、場地規(guī)劃等方面。 景觀都市主義作為世界城市進(jìn)程的理論，對中國城市的進(jìn)一步轉(zhuǎn)型，可以起到一個指導(dǎo)的作用，尤其體現(xiàn)在工業(yè)廢棄地的處理中。中國改革開放三十年來，工業(yè)化的程度和速度都有一定的提高，后工業(yè)城市的現(xiàn)象逐步出現(xiàn)在長江三角洲和珠江地區(qū)，，大量工業(yè)廢棄地的涌現(xiàn)，處理工業(yè)廢棄地的方法，景觀都市主義已經(jīng)在西方城市有了許多較成功的案例。通過對成功案例的深入的分析、學(xué)習(xí)，對研究我國工業(yè)廢棄地改造產(chǎn)生了許多很好的啟發(fā)。并結(jié)合實(shí)地考察、問卷調(diào)查、交叉學(xué)科知識的學(xué)習(xí)等方法，以張之洞紀(jì)念公園為實(shí)際案例，深入的了解其歷史文化背景，場地現(xiàn)狀，氣候、植物等，運(yùn)用生態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)的手法，進(jìn)行景觀改造的規(guī)劃。 文章主要分為七大部分： 第一部分：主要從本課題研究的背景和意義開始，進(jìn)而闡述了國內(nèi)外本課題研究的現(xiàn)狀，以及本課題所采用的研究方法。 第二部分：工業(yè)廢棄地景觀設(shè)計(jì) 第三部分：景觀都市主義的理論指導(dǎo) 第四部分：工業(yè)廢棄地景觀改造的生態(tài)技術(shù)手段 第五部分：案例研究 第六部分：張之洞紀(jì)念公園景觀改造設(shè)計(jì) 第七部分：總結(jié)和展望
[Abstract]:The rise of industrial civilization in the 20th century has brought about the development of industrial cities, the progress of science and technology, and the improvement of human living standards. However, on the one hand, the industrialization movement has led to global environmental problems and ecological crisis, on the other hand, due to the change of economic structure and industrial structure, the function of the traditional industrial base under information technology has declined. Because of the adjustment of industrial spatial layout in urbanization, the industrial land which is enclosed in the urban center is abandoned. The disposal of these abandoned lands has aroused the great interest and extensive thinking of ecologists, architects, planners and landscape architects. This study mainly discusses the landscape transformation of industrial wasteland, pollution treatment, site planning and so on, which is guided by landscape urbanism theory. Landscape urbanism, as a theory of the world urban process, has further transformed Chinese cities. Can play a guiding role, especially in the treatment of industrial wasteland. In the past 30 years of reform and opening up in China, the degree and speed of industrialization have improved to a certain extent. The phenomenon of post-industrial cities has gradually appeared in the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River region. Landscape urbanism has had many successful cases in western cities. Through the deep analysis and study of the successful cases, many good enlightenments have been generated for the study of industrial wasteland transformation in China. And combined with field investigation, questionnaire survey, cross-disciplinary knowledge learning and other methods, taking Zhang Zhidong Memorial Park as a practical case, in-depth understanding of its historical and cultural background, site status, climate, plants and so on, the use of ecological design techniques, The article is divided into seven parts: the first part: mainly from the background and significance of this research, and then elaborated the current situation of the research at home and abroad.
