【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)的飛速發(fā)展,人們的生活水平不斷提高,飲食不再僅為滿足溫飽而存在。越來(lái)越多的消費(fèi)者希望在滿足溫飽的前提下,去感受伴隨著飲食文化的環(huán)境氛圍和文化意味,在這種背景下主題餐廳應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。主題餐飲空間自出現(xiàn)以來(lái),在餐飲市場(chǎng)中得到了蓬勃的發(fā)展,在經(jīng)營(yíng)過(guò)程中一些不足之處也陸續(xù)體現(xiàn)出來(lái)。伊斯蘭文化博大精深,特點(diǎn)鮮明,其裝飾文化呈現(xiàn)出獨(dú)到的文化韻味。就已有的伊斯蘭餐廳來(lái)說(shuō),雖已形成一套較為完整的風(fēng)格體系,但大都經(jīng)營(yíng)模式相對(duì)傳統(tǒng),略顯跟不上社會(huì)發(fā)展的節(jié)奏。主題餐飲空間作為一種新興崛起的餐廳經(jīng)營(yíng)模式,不僅可以有效提高餐飲業(yè)的知名度,吸引更多的顧客,為消費(fèi)者提供特色的文化體驗(yàn),同時(shí)也能全面提升餐飲業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)品質(zhì)和服務(wù)水準(zhǔn)。因此,伊斯蘭裝飾文化主題餐飲空間的出現(xiàn),符合社會(huì)多變的需求,又能將獨(dú)特的伊斯蘭裝飾藝術(shù)發(fā)揚(yáng)光大。 論文首先引出設(shè)計(jì)以伊斯蘭裝飾文化元素為切入點(diǎn)的主題餐飲空間的意義,并舉例說(shuō)明其研究現(xiàn)狀；其次為裝飾文化元素和主題餐廳的設(shè)計(jì)提供理論基礎(chǔ),在理論的基礎(chǔ)上探討裝飾文化元素在主題餐飲空間中的作用,并舉例為下文做鋪墊；在前文的分析基礎(chǔ)上闡述伊斯蘭裝飾文化在主題餐飲空間中的具體運(yùn)用,以“伊蘭主題餐廳”為例；最后提出了展望。論文的研究成果對(duì)完善伊斯蘭主題餐飲空間的設(shè)計(jì)理論提出了新的見解。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of society, people's standard of living is improving constantly, diet no longer exists only to satisfy food and clothing. More and more consumers want to meet the premise of food and clothing, to feel the food culture accompanied by the environmental atmosphere and cultural meaning, in this context, the theme restaurant came into being. Since the emergence of the theme catering space, it has developed vigorously in the catering market, and some deficiencies have been reflected in the management process. Islamic culture is broad and profound, distinctive characteristics, its decorative culture presents a unique cultural charm. As far as the existing Islamic restaurants are concerned, although they have formed a relatively complete style system, most of them are relatively traditional and can not keep up with the pace of social development. As a new rising restaurant management mode, theme dining space can not only effectively improve the popularity of the catering industry, attract more customers, and provide consumers with a unique cultural experience. At the same time, can also improve the overall quality of the catering industry and service standards. Therefore, the emergence of Islamic decorative culture theme catering space, in line with the changing needs of society, but also to carry forward the unique Islamic decorative art. Firstly, the thesis introduces the significance of the design of the theme dining space with Islamic decorative cultural elements as the breakthrough point, and gives examples to illustrate the current research situation, and then provides the theoretical basis for the design of the decorative cultural elements and the theme restaurant. On the basis of theory, this paper discusses the role of decorative cultural elements in the theme dining space, and illustrates the concrete application of Islamic decorative culture in the theme dining space on the basis of the above analysis. Take "Yilan theme Restaurant" as an example, and finally put forward the prospect. The research results of this paper provide a new idea to perfect the design theory of Islamic theme dining space.
