【摘要】:在城市建設發(fā)展中,對既有或新建建筑進行安全檢測非常必要。建筑缺陷如建筑滲漏、建筑外墻飾面磚空鼓、混凝土火災損傷、災損建筑問題等,傳統(tǒng)的檢測方法效率低、投資大且有一定危險性,尋找一種新方法能夠高效率、安全、快速、準確的對建筑物進行檢測成為了全世界建筑行業(yè)亟待解決的重大課題。 紅外熱像技術(shù)的出現(xiàn)使得上述問題的解決成為了可能,它也以自己獨特的優(yōu)勢,越來越被人們所重視。但是由于建筑結(jié)構(gòu)非常的復雜,且它的組成材料具有各向異性,這就使紅外熱像技術(shù)在建筑領域的應用受到了限制。目前,我國的紅外熱像檢測在建筑領域處于探索階段,沒有明確的檢測標準,不利于紅外熱像技術(shù)的推廣。 在已有的檢測缺陷的理論的基礎上,通過理論研究,實際檢測與分析,進行了下邊幾個方面的研究工作: (1)通過與傳統(tǒng)建筑檢測方法的對比,凸顯了紅外熱像技術(shù)的優(yōu)越性,并總結(jié)了套完整系統(tǒng)的紅外熱像技術(shù)檢測的方案。 (2)對建筑物進行了實地的檢測與分析,特別地首次將紅外熱像技術(shù)運用到了災損建筑,即煤礦沉陷引起的建筑損傷的檢測中,并運用軟件對紅外熱像圖進行分析處理, (3)通過調(diào)查問卷,初步建立了以模糊數(shù)學為基礎的建筑綜合評價方法;并采用了有限元分析軟件ANASYS對影響紅外檢測的因素進行了分析。 最后提出了幾點需要亟待研究的問題。
[Abstract]:In the development of urban construction, it is necessary to check the safety of existing or newly built buildings. Building defects such as building leakage, building exterior wall decoration brick hollow drum, concrete fire damage, damage building problems, etc., the traditional detection method is low efficiency, large investment and dangerous. Looking for a new method can be high efficiency, safety and speed. Accurate detection of buildings has become a major issue to be solved urgently in the construction industry all over the world. The emergence of infrared thermal imaging technology makes it possible to solve the above problems, and it has been paid more and more attention with its own unique advantages. However, due to the complexity of the building structure and the anisotropy of its constituent materials, the application of infrared thermal imaging technology in the field of architecture is limited. At present, the infrared thermal image detection in our country is in the stage of exploration in the field of architecture, and there is no clear detection standard, which is not conducive to the popularization of infrared thermal imaging technology. On the basis of the existing theory of defect detection, through theoretical research, practical detection and analysis, the following several aspects of research work are carried out: 1) the superiority of infrared thermal image technology is highlighted by comparing with the traditional building detection method, and the scheme of infrared thermal image detection with complete system is summarized. In particular, the infrared thermal image technology has been applied to the damage detection of damaged buildings for the first time, that is, the building damage caused by coal mine subsidence, and the infrared thermal image map has been analyzed and processed by software. 3) based on the questionnaire, the comprehensive evaluation method of building based on fuzzy mathematics is established, and the factors influencing the infrared detection are analyzed by using the finite element analysis software ANASYS. Finally, some problems that need to be studied are put forward.
