超長輕薄巨型鋼管桁架梁施工關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:隨著我國經(jīng)濟和社會的發(fā)展,鋼結(jié)構(gòu)被越來越多的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計師應(yīng)用于民用建筑領(lǐng)域。特別是2008年奧運會后,國家加大了對高速鐵路、機場等基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的投資,催生了一大批高鐵、地鐵和公交立體交叉的現(xiàn)代化大跨度鋼結(jié)構(gòu)鐵路站房。本文以廈門北站鋼結(jié)構(gòu)屋蓋施工為工程背景,提出了超長輕薄巨型管桁架梁的整體提升方案,對提升過程中關(guān)鍵構(gòu)件的應(yīng)力、變形和穩(wěn)定性進行了理論分析,對提升過程進行了數(shù)值模擬和施工監(jiān)控,主要工作和成果如下: (1)提出了超長輕薄巨型管桁架梁的場外小拼、場內(nèi)整拼、利用液壓千斤頂整體提升的施工方案,并闡述了巨型鋼桁架提升方案的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié); (2)對超長輕薄巨型管桁架梁提升過程中關(guān)鍵構(gòu)件的應(yīng)力、變形和穩(wěn)定性進行了理論分析,驗算了桁架兩端勁性柱在正常提升和非正常提升情況下的應(yīng)力和變形情況,導(dǎo)向架在起提、提升過程中以及就位三種工況下的側(cè)向穩(wěn)定性,桁架自身構(gòu)件在正常提升過程中的受力和變形情況,以及牛腿在正常提升和一側(cè)偏心兩種工況下的構(gòu)件穩(wěn)定性、應(yīng)力及變形情況; (3)采用有限元軟件對整個屋蓋施工過程進行了數(shù)值模擬分析,并根據(jù)分析結(jié)果制定了提升過程監(jiān)測方案,,進而對提升施工全過程進行監(jiān)測。監(jiān)測結(jié)果表明,施工全過程構(gòu)件的應(yīng)力和變形與理論計算值基本吻合,結(jié)構(gòu)處于低應(yīng)力狀態(tài),施工過程未影響結(jié)構(gòu)的安全性,但構(gòu)件的實際受力狀態(tài)與不考慮施工過程影響的設(shè)計受力狀態(tài)有所不同。 本文研究工作和成果為國內(nèi)類似結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計和施工,提供了基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)和經(jīng)驗,具有較大的參考價值。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and society in our country, steel structure has been applied to the field of civil architecture by more and more structural designers. Especially after the 2008 Olympic Games, the state has increased the investment in high-speed railway, airport and other infrastructure, which has given birth to a large number of high-speed rail, subway and bus interchange of modern large-span steel railway stations. Taking the steel roof construction of Xiamen North Railway Station as the engineering background, this paper puts forward the integral lifting scheme of super long, light and thin giant tubular truss beam. The stress, deformation and stability of the key members in the process of lifting are analyzed theoretically. Numerical simulation and construction monitoring are carried out on the lifting process. The main work and results are as follows: The paper puts forward the construction scheme of extra-long, light and thin mega tube truss beam outside the field, uniting in the field, using hydraulic Jack to lift the whole, and expounds the key link of the lifting scheme of giant steel truss. In this paper, the stress, deformation and stability of the key members in the lifting process of super long, light and thin giant tubular truss beams are theoretically analyzed, and the stress and deformation of the stiffened columns at both ends of the truss under normal and abnormal lifting conditions are checked and calculated. The lateral stability of the guide frame during lifting, lifting and in place, the stress and deformation of the truss members during normal lifting, and the stability of the corbel under the normal lifting and eccentric conditions. Stress and deformation; 3) the finite element software is used to simulate and analyze the whole roof construction process, and according to the analysis results, the monitoring scheme of the hoisting process is worked out, and then the whole process of hoisting construction is monitored. The monitoring results show that the stress and deformation of the components in the whole construction process are basically consistent with the calculated values, the structure is in a low stress state, and the construction process does not affect the safety of the structure. But the actual stress state of the component is different from the design stress state which does not consider the influence of the construction process. The work and results of this paper provide basic data and experience for the design and construction of similar structures in China, which is of great reference value.
