【摘要】：目前,昆山已經(jīng)成為全國百強縣之首,同時也面臨巨大的發(fā)展壓力,如何繼續(xù)保持發(fā)展優(yōu)勢,培育新的經(jīng)濟增長點,是擺在昆山面前的重要課題。而當今社會的競爭也已經(jīng)走過了拼資源和優(yōu)惠政策的時代,需要城市有自身的核心競爭力,如何在今后的發(fā)展中培育和增強自身的競爭力,是本文探討的重點。本文通過對城市競爭力理論和實踐的相關(guān)研究和分析解讀,歸納總結(jié)了城市競爭力所涵蓋的領(lǐng)域,結(jié)合昆山實際有針對性的進行了篩選,構(gòu)建了適合昆山的城市競爭力評價體系。同時根據(jù)體系框架的要求,對昆山各構(gòu)成要素的現(xiàn)狀進行了比較研究和分析,找出差距和特點。在詳細的數(shù)據(jù)和比較結(jié)果的支撐下,結(jié)合昆山各構(gòu)成要素的特點,分別提出了提升的要求和重點。為保障各提升策略能夠有效的實施,文章還在更廣闊的層面提出了政策建議。
[Abstract]:At present, Kunshan has become the first of the hundred strong counties in the country, and also faces enormous development pressure. How to continue to maintain the development advantage and cultivate new economic growth point is an important subject in front of Kunshan. The competition in today's society has also gone through the era of resources and preferential policies. It is necessary for cities to have their own core competitiveness. How to cultivate and enhance their competitiveness in the future development is the focus of this paper. Through the relevant research and analysis of the theory and practice of urban competitiveness, this paper summarizes the areas covered by urban competitiveness, and selects the relevant areas according to the actual situation in Kunshan. The evaluation system of urban competitiveness suitable for Kunshan is constructed. At the same time, according to the requirements of the system framework, this paper makes a comparative study and analysis of the present situation of the elements in Kunshan, and finds out the gap and characteristics. Under the support of detailed data and comparison results, combined with the characteristics of each constituent element in Kunshan, the requirements and emphases of promotion are put forward. In order to ensure that the promotion strategies can be effectively implemented, the article also put forward policy recommendations at a broader level.
