【摘要】:該文重點(diǎn)研究Q690焊接高強(qiáng)鋼管截面縱向殘余應(yīng)力分布模式,利用商業(yè)有限元分析軟件ANSYS對(duì)其進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬,運(yùn)用其中的"生死單元"和熱-結(jié)構(gòu)耦合分析功能來(lái)模擬焊接過(guò)程,以管徑與壁厚為變量,設(shè)計(jì)3組共12個(gè)有限元模型。通過(guò)對(duì)模型的數(shù)值分析,得到每個(gè)模型的截面縱向殘余應(yīng)力分布形式,經(jīng)過(guò)對(duì)比分析得出其規(guī)律,并提出Q690焊接高強(qiáng)鋼管截面縱向殘余應(yīng)力的簡(jiǎn)化分布模式。結(jié)果表明,其分布模式與Wagner提出的分布模式接近,但Q690高強(qiáng)鋼管的縱向殘余壓應(yīng)力峰值與其屈服強(qiáng)度的比值僅為0.2,要明顯小于普通鋼管縱向殘余壓應(yīng)力峰值與其屈服強(qiáng)度的比值0.35。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the longitudinal residual stress distribution mode of Q690 welded high strength steel tube is studied. The numerical simulation is carried out by using commercial finite element analysis software ANSYS, and the welding process is simulated by the function of "birth and death element" and thermal-structural coupling analysis. Taking tube diameter and wall thickness as variables, three groups of 12 finite element models were designed. Based on the numerical analysis of the model, the longitudinal residual stress distribution of each model is obtained, and the distribution pattern of longitudinal residual stress of Q690 welded high-strength steel pipe is proposed. The results show that the distribution model is close to that proposed by Wagner. However, the ratio of longitudinal residual compressive stress to yield strength of Q690 high strength steel pipe is only 0.2, which is obviously smaller than that of ordinary steel pipe.
