高強(qiáng)復(fù)合陶粒的制備及輕骨料混凝土氯離子滲透性能的研究

【摘要】:我國是世界上粉煤灰產(chǎn)量最大的國家之一,雖然近年來我國對粉煤灰的綜合利用進(jìn)行了大量的開發(fā)和研究,但目前對于粉煤灰的總體利用率并不高,尤其是低等級粉煤灰的利用率更低。同時,我國玻璃及其制品的用量也逐年增大,不可避免的產(chǎn)生了大量的廢玻璃,對環(huán)境的負(fù)荷也逐年增加。因此,科學(xué)合理的利用粉煤灰和廢玻璃等固體廢棄物,對于提高相關(guān)行業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和保護(hù)自然環(huán)境均具有十分重要的意義。 本文以低等級粉煤灰和廢玻璃為主要原料,輔以粘結(jié)劑和造孔劑等外加劑燒制高強(qiáng)復(fù)合陶粒。通過大量的基礎(chǔ)試驗(yàn)和正交試驗(yàn)確定了燒制高強(qiáng)復(fù)合陶粒的最佳配方及最佳燒制參數(shù),即粉煤灰:廢玻璃:粘結(jié)劑:造孔劑=56:24::8:12,干燥溫度:110℃,干燥時間:24h;預(yù)熱溫度:600℃,預(yù)熱時間:20min;焙燒溫度:1140℃,焙燒時間:30min。 同時,全面分析了原料、外加劑以及燒制參數(shù)對高強(qiáng)復(fù)合陶粒性能的影響以及陶粒孔隙形成的機(jī)理。通過XRD和SEM分析,可以發(fā)現(xiàn)焙燒粉煤灰和廢玻璃的過程中產(chǎn)生了大量影響陶粒強(qiáng)度的非晶態(tài)凝膠相,內(nèi)部產(chǎn)生了大量的氣孔。 利用自制的高強(qiáng)復(fù)合陶粒,采用絕對體積法進(jìn)行了輕骨料混凝土的配合比設(shè)計。在水灰比為0.40,砂率為40%的情況下,配制的混凝土的28d抗壓強(qiáng)度為47.5MPa,干表觀密度為1878Kg/m3,達(dá)到LC40輕骨料混凝土的要求。 通過RCM法和ASTM C1202快速試驗(yàn)方法,比較了同強(qiáng)度等級下輕骨料混凝士和普通混凝土的抗氯離子滲透性能,并研究了骨料、預(yù)濕程度以及摻合料對高強(qiáng)復(fù)合陶粒混凝土抗氯離子滲透性能的影響。試驗(yàn)表明,同強(qiáng)度等級下,輕骨料混凝土比普通混凝土具有更好的抗氯離子滲透性能;在陶;炷恋呐渲七^程加入一定量的粉煤灰能夠有效的改善其抗?jié)B性;預(yù)濕對輕骨料混凝土的抗?jié)B性會產(chǎn)生不利影響。
[Abstract]:China is one of the countries with the largest output of fly ash in the world. Although the comprehensive utilization of fly ash has been extensively developed and studied in China in recent years, the overall utilization ratio of fly ash is not high at present. In particular, the utilization ratio of low grade fly ash is lower. At the same time, the amount of glass and its products in China is increasing year by year, which inevitably produces a large amount of waste glass, and the load on the environment is also increasing year by year. Therefore, the scientific and rational use of solid wastes such as fly ash and waste glass is of great significance for improving the economic benefits of related industries and protecting the natural environment. In this paper, high strength composite ceramsite is made from low grade fly ash and waste glass with additives such as binder and pore-making agent.
