工程機械產(chǎn)品形態(tài)與結(jié)構(gòu)的關(guān)聯(lián)性設(shè)計研究

【摘要】:改革開放以來,隨著國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟、社會、文化的快速發(fā)展,購買工程機械產(chǎn)品的客戶群不斷擴大,客戶需求日趨多樣化。許多大型工程機械生產(chǎn)企業(yè)意識到,繼續(xù)沿用老舊的國外設(shè)計已經(jīng)難以滿足不斷變化的市場需求,逐步開始對產(chǎn)品的形態(tài)與結(jié)構(gòu)進行創(chuàng)新設(shè)計。在起步時期由于經(jīng)驗匱乏造成的形態(tài)設(shè)計與結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計之間協(xié)調(diào)困難的問題,經(jīng)過不斷的嘗試,已經(jīng)在一定程度上得到了解決。盡管如此,由于自主研發(fā)起步較晚,相較國外同行企業(yè)而言,無論在研發(fā)效率還是研發(fā)成本上都存在不小的差距,而這都是由于形態(tài)與結(jié)構(gòu)間缺乏關(guān)聯(lián)性設(shè)計導(dǎo)致的。如何在兩者之間建立溝通體系,實現(xiàn)關(guān)聯(lián)性設(shè)計,進而提高整體的研發(fā)效率,是新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)中需要解決的首要問題。 本文通過跨學(xué)科研究的方法,對其它學(xué)科中關(guān)聯(lián)性設(shè)計的研究進行分析,探討其在工程機械產(chǎn)品設(shè)計中的應(yīng)用方法。首先對工程機械產(chǎn)品關(guān)聯(lián)性設(shè)計的關(guān)聯(lián)對象以及其特性進行分析,即形態(tài)與結(jié)構(gòu)以及其各自的特性,從而建立工程機械產(chǎn)品形態(tài)與結(jié)構(gòu)關(guān)聯(lián)性設(shè)計的理論。其中包括形態(tài)設(shè)計如何引導(dǎo)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計,結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計如何規(guī)范形態(tài)設(shè)計,并分析兩者相互結(jié)合的必要性。之后根據(jù)理論得出形態(tài)與結(jié)構(gòu)間實現(xiàn)關(guān)聯(lián)性設(shè)計的方法,并通過實踐案例對方法的效用進行驗證。研究結(jié)論的拓展將針對工程機械產(chǎn)品形態(tài)與結(jié)構(gòu)的關(guān)聯(lián)性設(shè)計方法在推廣過程可能遇到的困難與阻礙進行預(yù)測,并對如何解決這些提出可能的辦法,從而完善該設(shè)計方法,使其可以更好的發(fā)揮作用。 總之,本文以其他學(xué)科中關(guān)聯(lián)性設(shè)計的研究為基礎(chǔ),通過分析工程機械產(chǎn)品形態(tài)設(shè)計與結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計的特性,擬在為工程機械產(chǎn)品設(shè)計提供一種新的設(shè)計思路與方法,讓形態(tài)設(shè)計與結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計兩個過程協(xié)作進行。從而有效解決現(xiàn)階段工程機械產(chǎn)品形態(tài)設(shè)計與結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計之間難以配合的問題,使得產(chǎn)品設(shè)計進程更加流暢,拓展關(guān)聯(lián)性設(shè)計的適用范圍,建立可以應(yīng)用于產(chǎn)品設(shè)計領(lǐng)域?qū)嵺`操作方法。之后通過總結(jié)實踐經(jīng)驗,進一步推動關(guān)聯(lián)性設(shè)計理論體系的發(fā)展。圖51幅,表12個,參考文獻50篇。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, with the rapid development of domestic economy, society and culture, the customer base for the purchase of construction machinery products has been expanding, and the customer demand is becoming more and more diversified. Many large construction machinery manufacturing enterprises realize that it is difficult to meet the changing market demand by continuing to use the old foreign design, and gradually begin to design the product form and structure innovatively. The problem of coordination between shape design and structure design caused by lack of experience in the beginning period has been solved to a certain extent through repeated attempts. However, due to the late start of independent R & D, there is no small gap in R & D efficiency or R & D cost compared with foreign counterparts, which is caused by the lack of correlation design between form and structure. How to establish a communication system between the two systems, to achieve the relevance design, and then improve the overall R & D efficiency, is the most important problem to be solved in the new product development. In this paper, by means of interdisciplinary research, the research on related design in other disciplines is analyzed, and its application in the design of construction machinery products is discussed. Firstly, the related objects and their characteristics of construction machinery product relevance design are analyzed, that is, form and structure, and their respective characteristics, so as to establish the theory of construction machinery product form and structure correlation design. It includes how to guide the structure design and how to standardize the shape design, and analyzes the necessity of the combination of the two. Then, according to the theory, the method of realizing the correlation design between shape and structure is obtained, and the utility of the method is verified by practical cases. The extension of the research conclusion will predict the difficulties and obstacles that may be encountered in the extension process of the related design method of the shape and structure of construction machinery products, and how to solve these possible methods, so as to perfect the design method. Make it work better. In a word, based on the research of related design in other disciplines, this paper, by analyzing the characteristics of configuration design and structural design of construction machinery products, intends to provide a new design idea and method for the design of construction machinery products. Let the form design and the structure design two processes cooperate. In order to effectively solve the current construction machinery product form design and structure design difficult to cooperate, make the product design process more smooth, expand the scope of relevance design, The method can be applied in the field of product design. Then through summing up the practical experience, further promote the development of the theory system of relevance design. There are 51 figures, 12 tables and 50 references.
