東部沿海某鋼結(jié)構(gòu)寫字樓抗側(cè)力方案比較研究

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和人民生活水平提高,高層建筑開始全國(guó)各地大量興建。面對(duì)高層和超高層的挑戰(zhàn),傳統(tǒng)的鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)已不能滿足結(jié)構(gòu)高度與空間布局等方面的要求。而鋼結(jié)構(gòu)體系因?yàn)槠渥陨淼膹?qiáng)度高、延性好、自重輕等因素,已經(jīng)被越來越廣泛的應(yīng)用到高層建筑結(jié)構(gòu)。高層建筑中橫向荷載起主要控制作用,其周期長(zhǎng)、自身阻尼比小,所以對(duì)橫向荷載也較為敏感。由于我國(guó)東部沿海地區(qū)的風(fēng)荷載較高,地震作用與風(fēng)荷載均為主要的側(cè)向力不容忽視,因此,本文以東部沿海某鋼框架寫字樓為實(shí)例對(duì)抗側(cè)力方案進(jìn)行研究。 本文首先對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外鋼結(jié)構(gòu)抗側(cè)力體系的研究狀況進(jìn)行了調(diào)查,展望了東部沿海城市中鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的發(fā)展?jié)摿。在現(xiàn)有鋼框架的基礎(chǔ)上提出了中心支撐、偏心支撐、核心筒等各種方案,,并對(duì)各種抗側(cè)方案的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)、受力情況與設(shè)計(jì)需要滿足的基本要求進(jìn)行了比較分析。以東部沿海某高層鋼結(jié)構(gòu)寫字樓為實(shí)例,在鋼框架的基礎(chǔ)上布置各抗側(cè)力體系,由軟件分析得到相應(yīng)的控制參數(shù),討論了影響東部沿海鋼結(jié)構(gòu)寫字樓的結(jié)構(gòu)選型的幾種影響因素。 本文針對(duì)東部沿海城市中的某實(shí)際案例進(jìn)行了PKPM建模分析,并進(jìn)行SATWE計(jì)算,全面分析不同抗側(cè)力方案的自震周期、位移、剪重比、剛重比等控制參數(shù),比較了在不同結(jié)構(gòu)體系下建筑的整體性能,通過對(duì)比分析,得出了一些具有應(yīng)用價(jià)值的結(jié)論,為東部沿海高層鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的抗側(cè)力方案的選型提供參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and the improvement of people's living standard, high-rise buildings have been built all over the country. The traditional reinforced concrete structure can not meet the requirements of the height and spatial layout of the structure in the face of the challenges of the high-rise and super-high buildings. Because of its high strength, good ductility, light weight and other factors, steel structure system has been more and more widely used in high-rise building structure. The lateral load plays a major controlling role in high-rise buildings, its cycle is long and its damping ratio is small, so it is also sensitive to lateral load. Because of the high wind load in the eastern coastal area of China, the earthquake action and wind load are the main lateral forces that can not be ignored. Therefore, this paper takes a steel frame office building in the east coast as an example to study the scheme of counteracting lateral force. In this paper, the research status of steel structures against lateral force at home and abroad is investigated, and the development potential of steel structures in eastern coastal cities is prospected. On the basis of the existing steel frame, various schemes such as center bracing, eccentric bracing, core tube and so on are put forward. The advantages and disadvantages of various anti-side schemes, the stress situation and the basic requirements of the design are compared and analyzed. Taking a high-rise steel structure office building in the east coast as an example, each lateral force system is arranged on the basis of steel frame, and the corresponding control parameters are obtained by software analysis. Several factors affecting the structural selection of steel office buildings along the eastern coast are discussed. In this paper, PKPM modeling analysis is carried out for a practical case in the eastern coastal city, and SATWE calculation is carried out. The control parameters such as self-seismic period, displacement, shear weight ratio and rigid-weight ratio of different anti-lateral force schemes are comprehensively analyzed. This paper compares the overall performance of buildings under different structural systems and draws some valuable conclusions through comparative analysis, which provides a reference for the selection of lateral force resistance schemes for high-rise steel structures in the east coast.
