【摘要】：伴隨著城鎮(zhèn)化、機動化趨勢地高速發(fā)展，“街道”變“車河”的現(xiàn)象日益突出。以交通功能為主的路網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)代替了功能多樣化、人性化的街道系統(tǒng)，街道文化特色逐漸缺失，傳統(tǒng)的街道隨之也逐漸消失。 西安是一座歷史積淀深厚的古城，老城區(qū)是西安歷史文化名城保護的重點部分，老城肌理反映古城風貌、體現(xiàn)古城文化。但是，如今的老城區(qū)，部分原有街區(qū)的社會生活網(wǎng)絡被破壞、原住民缺失，傳統(tǒng)街道的功能被改變、文化被忽視，街道特色逐漸喪失，因此街道缺乏場所精神。所以，恢復并發(fā)展傳統(tǒng)的街道空間，滿足現(xiàn)代生活的需求，，營造有場所精神的街道空間成為西安城市發(fā)展的必然。 本文選取西安明城墻以內(nèi)的街道為研究對象，以場所精神為視角，以人、空間、場所三者之間的關系為主要研究內(nèi)容，采用文獻資料研究法、調(diào)查研究法、案例研究法、分類研究法、歸納總結(jié)法五種方法進行深入研究。本文的獨新點在于將老城區(qū)的街道類型化，根據(jù)不同類型的街道現(xiàn)狀進行研究與評價，并提出相應的營造策略。 本文通過研究西安老城區(qū)街道空間的歷史演進，提煉出值得借鑒的傳統(tǒng)街道生活方式，揭示街道空間與場所精神的關系、街道空間場所多樣性特征的需求。通過對老城區(qū)街道的調(diào)查研究，根據(jù)街道功能、景觀特征的不同將其歸納為5類，即交通性街道、居住型街道、文化型商業(yè)街、綜合型商業(yè)街以及旅游、居住型街道；對其中8條典型街道進行深入研究，總結(jié)出街道中存在的問題：認同感弱化、原住民缺失、交往場所不足、空間環(huán)境混亂。在此基礎上，從場所精神的視角出發(fā)，將不同類型的街道從社會結(jié)構(gòu)、歷史文化、街道功能、空間結(jié)構(gòu)、商業(yè)業(yè)態(tài)五個方面進行研究，提出西安老城區(qū)街道空間的營造策略。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of urbanization and motorization, the phenomenon of "street" changing into "river" is becoming more and more prominent. The road network system based on the traffic function replaces the function diversification, the humanity street system, the street culture characteristic gradually lacks, the traditional street also gradually disappears. Xi'an is an ancient city with deep historical accumulation. The old city is the key part of the protection of Xi'an historical and cultural city. The texture of the old city reflects the style and appearance of the ancient city and reflects the ancient city culture. However, in today's old urban areas, the social life networks of some old neighborhoods have been destroyed, the aborigines are missing, the functions of traditional streets have been changed, the culture has been neglected, and the street features have been gradually lost, so the streets lack the spirit of place. Therefore, to restore and develop the traditional street space, to meet the needs of modern life and to create the street space with the spirit of place has become a necessity for the development of Xi'an city. This article selects the streets within the city wall of Xi'an Ming as the research object, takes the place spirit as the angle of view, takes the human, the space, the place three relations as the main research content, uses the literature material research method, the investigation research method, the case study method, The classification research method, the induction summary method five methods carries on the thorough research. The only new point of this paper is to type the streets of the old city, to study and evaluate the different types of streets, and to put forward the corresponding construction strategies. By studying the historical evolution of street space in the old urban area of Xi'an, this paper abstracts the traditional street life style which is worthy of reference, and reveals the relationship between street space and the spirit of place, and the demand for the diversity characteristics of street space. Through the investigation and research on the streets of the old city, according to the function of the streets and the different landscape characteristics, it can be divided into five categories, namely, the traffic streets, the residential streets, the cultural commercial streets, the comprehensive commercial streets and the tourist and residential streets. In this paper, eight typical streets are studied in depth, and the problems existing in the streets are summarized, such as the weakening of identity, the lack of aboriginal people, the lack of places of communication, and the confusion of space environment. On this basis, from the point of view of the spirit of place, the different types of streets are studied from five aspects: social structure, historical culture, street function, spatial structure and commercial status, and the construction strategy of street space in old urban area of Xi'an is put forward.
