【摘要】：上下杭?xì)v史街區(qū)作為歷史文化名城福州的重要組成部分，具有完整的歷史風(fēng)貌與豐富的文化內(nèi)涵，具有較高的文化價(jià)值，在展現(xiàn)了地域文化的特色的同時(shí)承載著人們當(dāng)代的生活。而街巷空間作為歷史街區(qū)外部空間的最直接反映，是該歷史街區(qū)風(fēng)貌特色的集中體現(xiàn)。目前針對(duì)歷史街區(qū)的研究多數(shù)集中在建筑以及建筑的群體上，而對(duì)街巷等外部空間研究的較少，且缺乏系統(tǒng)的研究。 針對(duì)上述問(wèn)題，本文以街巷空間作為研究對(duì)象，通過(guò)對(duì)文獻(xiàn)的收集與現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)研來(lái)總結(jié)上下杭?xì)v史街區(qū)街巷空間的特色。本文研究的范圍主要是上下杭?xì)v史街區(qū)的傳統(tǒng)規(guī)劃區(qū)域，對(duì)于周?chē)膹?fù)合規(guī)劃區(qū)的了解只是作為傳統(tǒng)規(guī)劃區(qū)域研究的一些補(bǔ)充。本文的核心內(nèi)容為第三、第四、第五章，遵循從歷史概況到現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)研再到特色的分析與研究的規(guī)律，，首先從地理位置、街巷格局、建筑構(gòu)成了解上杭地區(qū)的歷史沿沿革，其次通過(guò)區(qū)域、街巷、建筑三個(gè)層次對(duì)上下杭地區(qū)進(jìn)行現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)研，最后通過(guò)街巷空間的構(gòu)成與特征的分析總結(jié)出上下杭?xì)v史街區(qū)街巷空間的特色并且提出一些保護(hù)與發(fā)展的建議。 本文的主要結(jié)論包括以下幾個(gè)方面： （1）在街巷的布局方面，上下杭?xì)v史街區(qū)的街巷布局具有整體性、曲折性、多向可達(dá)性。 （2）在街巷的界面上，上下杭地區(qū)建筑風(fēng)格的連續(xù)與建筑尺度比例的統(tǒng)一形成了連續(xù)統(tǒng)一的街巷空間界面。 （3）在街巷的節(jié)點(diǎn)空間上，發(fā)現(xiàn)上下杭地區(qū)存在的六種節(jié)點(diǎn)空間，，根據(jù)與街巷位置的關(guān)系總結(jié)為銜接型與擴(kuò)展型。并且對(duì)其特性進(jìn)行概括與比較分析。 （4）在街巷空間的尺度與比例上，我們借用街巷空間的剖面這個(gè)工具進(jìn)行量化分析，總結(jié)出適宜的街巷空間尺度與比例。 （5）在街巷的剖面特征上，總結(jié)發(fā)現(xiàn)由于兩側(cè)圍合元素的不同，出現(xiàn)四種剖面的形式。通過(guò)對(duì)其的認(rèn)識(shí)來(lái)總結(jié)上下杭地區(qū)街巷空間的特點(diǎn)。 本文雖然只是以街巷空間為研究對(duì)象，但是對(duì)其特色的分析與總結(jié)對(duì)上下杭整個(gè)歷史街區(qū)乃至于全國(guó)范圍類(lèi)相似地區(qū)的保護(hù)與更新有著參考意義。
[Abstract]:As an important part of Fuzhou, a famous historical and cultural city, the historical district of Upper and Lower Hangzhou has a complete historical style and rich cultural connotations, and has a high cultural value. While showing the characteristics of regional culture, it carries people's contemporary life. As the most direct reflection of the outer space of the historic district, the street space is the concentrated embodiment of the style and features of the historic district. At present, most of the researches on historical blocks are focused on architecture and the group of buildings, but the research on the outer space such as streets and alleys is less, and lack of systematic research. In view of the above problems, this paper takes the street space as the research object, and summarizes the characteristics of the street and lane space in the historical blocks of Upper and Lower Hangzhou through the collection of the literature and the investigation of the present situation. The scope of this study is mainly the traditional planning area of the historical district of Upper and Lower Hangzhou, and the understanding of the surrounding complex planning area is only a supplement to the study of the traditional planning area. The core content of this paper is the third, fourth and fifth chapters, following the law of analysis and research from the historical survey to the present situation, and then to the characteristics. First of all, from the geographical position, the pattern of streets and alleys, the architectural structure to understand the historical evolution of Shanghang area. Secondly, through the area, the street, the building three levels to carry on the present situation investigation to the upper and lower Hangzhou area, Finally, through the analysis of the structure and characteristics of the street and lane space, the characteristics of the street and lane space in the upper and lower Hangzhou historic blocks are summarized and some suggestions for protection and development are put forward. The main conclusions of this paper include the following: 1) in the layout of streets and alleys, the layout of streets and alleys in the upper and lower Hangzhou historical blocks has the characteristics of integrity, tortuosity and multi-direction reachability. 2) on the interface of streets and alleys, the continuity of architectural style and the proportion of architectural scale in the upper and lower Hangzhou areas form a continuous and unified street and lane space interface. 3) in the nodal space of streets and alleys, six kinds of nodal spaces are found in the upper and lower Hangzhou areas. According to the relationship between the nodal spaces and the location of the streets and alleys, they can be summed up as the connection type and the extended type. And to its characteristic carries on the summary and the comparative analysis. 4) in terms of the scale and proportion of street space, we use the section of street space to carry out quantitative analysis and summarize the appropriate scale and proportion of street space. 5) on the profile characteristics of streets and alleys, it is found that there are four types of sections due to the difference of the two sides of the surrounding elements. Through its understanding to summarize the characteristics of the upper and lower Hangzhou area street space. Although this article only takes the street space as the research object, but the analysis and the summary to its characteristic has the reference significance to the protection and the renewal of the whole historical district of the upper and lower Hangzhou and even the similar area of the whole country.
