【摘要】：21世紀以來，經(jīng)濟騰飛帶來了我國現(xiàn)代化城市化的急劇發(fā)展。隨著住房改革的深入，商品房市場的急速發(fā)展,高層住區(qū)的不斷涌現(xiàn)，為了解決城市地少人多的問題，采用高層居住形式建設居住小區(qū)已經(jīng)成為一個共識。城市高層住區(qū)建設在整個城市建設中的比例越來越重，另一方面居民生活方式的改變和當今居住區(qū)的出現(xiàn)和發(fā)展，居住空間形態(tài)和結(jié)構(gòu)隨之改變，城市高層住區(qū)內(nèi)出現(xiàn)了鄰里交往淡漠，社區(qū)沒有歸屬感等問題。居民因而對城市高層住區(qū)的交往空間系統(tǒng)有了豐富鄰里交往，改善淡漠的社區(qū)現(xiàn)狀的新需求。 針對這些情況，本文在建筑現(xiàn)象學、環(huán)境心理學、社會學和城市規(guī)劃等學科的綜合理論研究等已有成果的指導下，將今城市高層住區(qū)交往空間的問題以及產(chǎn)生的后果特征的分析作為線索，以國內(nèi)外相關理論和優(yōu)秀實例的分析為學習內(nèi)容，以城市住區(qū)規(guī)劃，我國城市居住區(qū)近幾十年發(fā)展歷程為研究背景，把研究范圍界定在城市高層居住區(qū)這一建筑空間類型上，以案例研究為基礎，希望籍此文為高層居民區(qū)的交往空間設計和住區(qū)營造建設策略上提供一個參考。 文章一共五章，分為四個部分：第一部分即第一章緒論，闡述了本文的研究背景、研究目的和研究意義確立了本文的研究范圍和理論及現(xiàn)狀發(fā)展背景；第二部分第二章，闡述了傳統(tǒng)住區(qū)交往空間研究中基本概念的定義；總結(jié)梳理了傳統(tǒng)住區(qū)交往空間普遍性設計手法，，對比研究了傳統(tǒng)低層住區(qū)與高層住區(qū)的區(qū)別。第三部分為論文的第三章和第四章，是本文的核心章節(jié)，結(jié)合國內(nèi)外多個實例和相關理論研究，從規(guī)劃與建筑設計兩個層面的公共空間探討了國內(nèi)外城市高層居民交往空間設計策略研究。第四部分為第五章，立足廣州地區(qū)，選取不同檔次具有一定典型性的新型居住區(qū)案例，就其交往空間進行詳細的分析，對第三章的內(nèi)容進行實例驗證性分析和總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:Since the 21 st century, the rapid economic development has brought about the rapid development of China's modern urbanization. With the deepening of housing reform, the rapid development of commercial housing market, and the continuous emergence of high-rise residential areas, in order to solve the problem of urban land shortage and more people, it has become a consensus to use high-rise housing form to build residential areas. The proportion of urban high-rise residential building in the whole urban construction is becoming more and more heavy. On the other hand, with the change of residents' lifestyle and the emergence and development of residential areas, the shape and structure of residential space will be changed. The city high-rise residential area appeared the neighborhood contact indifferent, the community does not have the sense of belonging and so on. As a result, residents have a new demand for rich neighborhood communication and improving the present situation of the indifferent community. In view of these conditions, under the guidance of the existing achievements in the field of architectural phenomenology, environmental psychology, sociology and urban planning and so on, Taking the analysis of the problems and the characteristics of the consequences of the communication space in the high-rise residential areas of today's city as the clue, taking the analysis of the relevant theories and excellent examples at home and abroad as the learning content, and taking the planning of the urban settlements as the basis, The development of urban residential areas in China in recent decades as the research background, the scope of the study is defined in the urban high-rise residential areas as a building space type, based on the case study. Hope this article provides a reference for the communication space design and residential building strategy of high-rise residential area. The article consists of five chapters, which are divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction of the first chapter, which expounds the research background, the purpose and significance of the research, establishes the research scope, the theory and the present development background of this paper; the second part, the second chapter, This paper expounds the definition of the basic concepts in the study of the communication space in the traditional residential area, summarizes and combs the general design methods of the communication space in the traditional residential area, and contrasts the differences between the traditional low-level residential area and the high-rise residential area. The third part is the third and fourth chapters of the thesis, which is the core chapter of this paper, combined with a number of examples and related theoretical research at home and abroad. From the two levels of planning and architectural design, this paper discusses the design strategy of the communication space of the high-level residents at home and abroad. The fourth part is the fifth chapter, based on the Guangzhou area, select different types of typical new residential area cases, on its communication space for detailed analysis, the third chapter of the content of the case verification analysis and summary.
