鋼筋混凝土構(gòu)件裂縫寬度計算方法比較研究

【摘要】:針對《公路鋼筋混凝上及預應(yīng)力混凝土橋涵設(shè)計規(guī)范》(JTG D62-2004)修訂的需要,對公路規(guī)范、建筑規(guī)范和水運規(guī)范裂縫寬度的計算方法進行了對比分析。具體內(nèi)容包括: (1)分析了公路規(guī)范、建筑規(guī)范和水運規(guī)范裂縫寬度計算采用的荷載組合。分析表明,建筑規(guī)范和水運規(guī)范采用準永久組合,符合可靠性統(tǒng)一標準的規(guī)定;公路規(guī)范采用短期組合和長期組合,與可靠性統(tǒng)一標準的規(guī)定不一致。 (2)分析了影響鋼筋混凝土構(gòu)件裂縫寬度的因素。分析表明,建筑規(guī)范和水運規(guī)范裂縫寬度計算公式考慮了混凝土保護層厚度的影響,配筋率采用有效配筋率;公路規(guī)范未考慮混凝土保護層厚度的影響,配筋率采用全截面配筋率,沒有反映裂縫控制的新研究成果。 (3)分析了不同規(guī)范中裂縫寬度計算方法的體系。分析表明,水運規(guī)范中圓形截面構(gòu)件與矩形、T形、倒T形和I型截面構(gòu)件裂縫寬度的計算公式是一致的,只是不同構(gòu)件截而形式鋼筋應(yīng)力計算公式不同;公路規(guī)范中圓形截而構(gòu)件與矩形、T形、倒T形和I型截面構(gòu)件裂縫寬度的計算公式不一致,如果能統(tǒng)一成相同的形式,則工程應(yīng)用更方便。
[Abstract]:In view of the need of the revision of JTG D62-2004, the calculation methods of crack width of highway code, building code and water transportation code are compared and analyzed. Specific elements include: 1) the load combination used in crack width calculation of highway code, building code and waterway code is analyzed. The analysis shows that the building code and the waterway code adopt quasi-permanent combination, which accord with the requirements of the unified reliability standard, and the highway code adopts the short-term combination and the long-term combination, which is inconsistent with the provisions of the unified reliability standard. The factors influencing the crack width of reinforced concrete members are analyzed. The analysis shows that the influence of the thickness of concrete cover is taken into account in the calculation formula of crack width in building code and water transportation code, and the effective reinforcement ratio is adopted in the reinforcement ratio, while the influence of the thickness of concrete cover is not taken into account in the highway code. The reinforcement ratio of total section is adopted, which does not reflect the new research results of crack control. The system of calculating crack width in different codes is analyzed. The analysis shows that the formula for calculating the crack width of circular cross-section members is the same as that of rectangular T-shaped, inverted T-shaped and I-shaped members, but the stress formulas of reinforcing bars in different sections are different. The formula for calculating the crack width of circular truncated members and rectangular T-shaped, inverted T-shaped and I-shaped members in highway code is inconsistent. If they can be unified into the same form, the engineering application will be more convenient.
