高強(qiáng)鋼受壓構(gòu)件穩(wěn)定性的理論與試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:高強(qiáng)鋼可有效減少構(gòu)件斷面尺寸、減少鋼材用量,并可提高建筑的使用面積和使用空間,在國(guó)外發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家得到了較廣泛應(yīng)用。我國(guó)已具備高強(qiáng)鋼的生產(chǎn)能力,并在部分建筑工程中應(yīng)用。但我國(guó)現(xiàn)行《鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》對(duì)屈服強(qiáng)度超過420MPa的高強(qiáng)鋼設(shè)計(jì)方法沒有規(guī)定,正在修訂的《鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》的最高屈服強(qiáng)度只到460MPa,若在工程中應(yīng)用強(qiáng)度級(jí)別超過現(xiàn)行規(guī)范規(guī)定的高強(qiáng)鋼,則要針對(duì)具體工程進(jìn)行專門研究。高強(qiáng)鋼在建筑結(jié)構(gòu)中應(yīng)用的設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范不配套,嚴(yán)重影響了高強(qiáng)鋼在我國(guó)建筑結(jié)構(gòu)中的應(yīng)用。近年來我國(guó)對(duì)高強(qiáng)鋼軸心受壓構(gòu)件的整體穩(wěn)定性開展了一些研究工作,但研究還不夠系統(tǒng)。本論文以Q550高強(qiáng)鋼、焊接H型軸心受壓構(gòu)件為研究對(duì)象,通過理論分析和試驗(yàn)對(duì)比,探索其整體穩(wěn)定性計(jì)算方法。本文在總結(jié)分析現(xiàn)有焊接H型鋼殘余應(yīng)力分布模式的研究成果基礎(chǔ)上,通過有限元軟件模擬,選取了1組適合高強(qiáng)鋼焊接H型截面殘余應(yīng)力分布模式;應(yīng)用有限元軟件,在考慮殘余應(yīng)力、幾何缺陷等影響因素基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)高強(qiáng)鋼焊接H型構(gòu)件的穩(wěn)定性能進(jìn)行分析,分析了不同殘余應(yīng)力分布模式對(duì)構(gòu)件穩(wěn)定性的影響,并計(jì)算出不同長(zhǎng)細(xì)比對(duì)應(yīng)的穩(wěn)定系數(shù);選擇6組高強(qiáng)焊接H型軸心受壓構(gòu)件進(jìn)行穩(wěn)定試驗(yàn),以檢驗(yàn)理論分析的合理性;通過理論分析和試驗(yàn)對(duì)比,并與歐洲鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范、美國(guó)鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范對(duì)比,以及我國(guó)鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范普通鋼構(gòu)件穩(wěn)定計(jì)算方法類比,提出了Q550高強(qiáng)焊接H型軸心受壓構(gòu)件的穩(wěn)定計(jì)算方法的建議。分析結(jié)果表明,高強(qiáng)鋼構(gòu)件按現(xiàn)有《鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》計(jì)算的穩(wěn)定系數(shù)略微保守。
[Abstract]:High strength steel can effectively reduce the section size of members, reduce the amount of steel, and can improve the building area and use space, and has been widely used in developed countries. Our country already has the production capacity of high-strength steel, and it is used in some construction projects. However, the present Code for Design of Steel structures in China does not provide for the design method of high strength steel whose yield strength exceeds 420MPa. The maximum yield strength of the revised Code for Design of Steel structures is only 460MPa. If the application of high strength steel in engineering is higher than the high strength steel specified in the current code, a special study should be carried out for the specific project. The design code for the application of high strength steel in building structure is not matched, which seriously affects the application of high strength steel in building structure of our country. In recent years, some researches on the overall stability of high strength steel axial compression members have been carried out in China, but the research is not systematic enough. In this paper, Q550 high strength steel, welded H-type axial compression member is taken as the research object. Through theoretical analysis and experimental comparison, the overall stability calculation method is explored. In this paper, on the basis of summarizing and analyzing the research results of the existing welding H-section steel residual stress distribution mode, through the finite element software simulation, a group of residual stress distribution modes suitable for high strength steel welding H-section are selected, and the finite element software is used. On the basis of considering the influence factors such as residual stress, geometric defect and so on, the stability performance of welded H-shaped member of high strength steel is analyzed, and the influence of different residual stress distribution modes on the stability of the member is analyzed. The stability coefficients corresponding to different aspect ratios are calculated, six groups of high-strength welded H-type axial compression members are selected for stability tests to verify the rationality of theoretical analysis, and through theoretical analysis and test comparison, and compared with the European Code for Design of Steel structures, six groups of high-strength welded H-type axial compression members are selected to test the rationality of the theoretical analysis. Compared with the American steel structure design code and the analogy of the calculation method of the stability of the ordinary steel members in the steel structure design code of our country, the paper puts forward the suggestion of the stability calculation method of the Q550 high strength welded H-shaped axial compression member. The results show that the stability coefficient of high strength steel members calculated according to the existing Code for Design of Steel structures is slightly conservative.
