【摘要】：我國當(dāng)前正經(jīng)歷著一個劇場建設(shè)的熱潮，在各個大城市紛紛上馬劇場項(xiàng)目的同時，許多中小城市也表現(xiàn)出對劇場建設(shè)的迫切需求。劇場建筑有著功能特殊、結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜、使用人員多樣等特性，在建設(shè)和使用中容易出現(xiàn)多種問題，而我國目前尚缺乏完備有效的“劇場建筑評估框架”，導(dǎo)致這些問題未引起足夠的重視，造成不必要的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失和資源浪費(fèi)，這種情況需要我們認(rèn)真的進(jìn)行總結(jié)和反思。 本文旨在通過構(gòu)建“劇場建筑使用后評估框架”，發(fā)現(xiàn)劇場建筑使用中存在各種問題，，并尋求解決或改善這些問題的方法與途徑。 本文通過對國內(nèi)典型劇場進(jìn)行調(diào)研，獲取劇場使用情況的第一手資料，總結(jié)劇場建筑使用中出現(xiàn)的問題，提煉出評估要點(diǎn)，并在此基礎(chǔ)上展開劇場使用后評估的后續(xù)調(diào)研，驗(yàn)證和修訂評估要點(diǎn)，形成初步的評估框架。通過對國內(nèi)劇場進(jìn)行“調(diào)研劇場—總結(jié)資料—修訂框架”過程的循環(huán)，構(gòu)建出完整的“劇場建筑使用后評估框架”，總結(jié)出較為完備的評估內(nèi)容和評估方法。 本“評估框架”，既可以為已建成的劇場建筑提供評估工具和改建依據(jù)，也可以為劇場使用人員解決相關(guān)問題提供方法和建議，更可以為將來劇場建筑的設(shè)計(jì)、建設(shè)提供有價值的參考，完善我國劇場建設(shè)的基本程序，對推動我國劇場建設(shè)良性健康的發(fā)展有著積極的意義。
[Abstract]:At present, our country is experiencing an upsurge of theater construction. Many small and medium-sized cities also have an urgent need for theater construction while many big cities have launched theater projects one after another. Theater architecture has the characteristics of special function, complex structure, diverse personnel and so on, and it is easy to appear many problems in the construction and use. However, there is still a lack of a complete and effective "Theater Architecture Evaluation Framework" in our country at present. As a result, these problems do not attract enough attention, resulting in unnecessary economic losses and waste of resources, which requires us to sum up and reflect. The purpose of this paper is to find out all kinds of problems existing in the use of theatre buildings by constructing the framework of post-use evaluation of theatre buildings, and to seek ways and means to solve or improve these problems. Through the investigation of the typical theatres in China, this paper obtains the first-hand information of the theater usage, summarizes the problems in the use of the theater architecture, extracts the evaluation points, and then carries out the follow-up investigation on the post-use evaluation of the theater. Validate and revise the evaluation points to form a preliminary evaluation framework. Through the cycle of "research theater-summary material-revision frame" for domestic theatres, a complete "evaluation framework for theatre building after use" is constructed, and a relatively complete evaluation content and evaluation method are summarized. This "evaluation framework" can not only provide evaluation tools and reconstruction basis for the built theatre buildings, but also provide methods and suggestions for theater users to solve related problems, and can also be used for the design of future theater buildings. It is of positive significance to provide valuable reference and perfect the basic procedure of theatre construction in China.
