預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼絞線網(wǎng)加固混凝土圓柱的軸壓性能

【摘要】:開發(fā)了一種預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼絞線(鋼絲繩)網(wǎng)加固混凝土柱新技術(shù),對24根預(yù)應(yīng)力加固混凝土圓柱和2根未加固對比柱進(jìn)行了試驗,研究在單調(diào)軸向荷載作用下,鋼絞線間距、預(yù)應(yīng)力水平對混凝土柱加固效果的影響。試驗結(jié)果表明:較對比柱,預(yù)應(yīng)力加固柱的軸向峰值應(yīng)力和應(yīng)變最大提高幅度為83%和95%,加固效果隨預(yù)應(yīng)力水平的提高而提高;隨鋼絞線間距的減小,加固效果大幅度提高;鋼絞線間距對加固效果的影響大于預(yù)應(yīng)力水平的影響。建立了預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼絞線加固混凝土柱峰值應(yīng)力和應(yīng)變計算式,提出了兩種應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變?nèi)關(guān)系模型,計算結(jié)果與試驗吻合良好,可為相關(guān)研究提供理論支持。預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼絞線網(wǎng)加固混凝土柱技術(shù)是一種主動、高效、無損加固新技術(shù),具有推廣和應(yīng)用價值。
[Abstract]:A new technique of strengthening concrete columns with prestressed steel strand (wire rope) net is developed. The experimental results of 24 prestressed reinforced concrete columns and 2 unstrengthened contrast columns are carried out. The distance between steel strands under monotone axial load is studied. The influence of prestress level on reinforcement effect of concrete column. The experimental results show that the axial peak stress and strain of prestressed reinforced columns increase by 83% and 95%, and the reinforcement effect increases with the increase of prestress level, and the reinforcement effect increases greatly with the decrease of the distance between steel strands, and the maximum axial peak stress and strain of prestressed columns are increased by 83% and 95%, respectively. The effect of steel strand spacing on reinforcement effect is greater than that on prestress level. The formula of peak stress and strain of prestressed steel strand reinforced concrete column is established. Two kinds of stress-strain full curve relation models are proposed. The calculated results are in good agreement with the test, which can provide theoretical support for related research. The technique of strengthening concrete column with prestressed steel wire mesh is a new technique of active, high efficiency and nondestructive reinforcement, which has the value of popularization and application.
