基于BIM技術(shù)的全壽命周期風險管理實踐研究

【摘要】:隨著我國經(jīng)濟和技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,建筑項目規(guī)模變得越來越大、周期更長、技術(shù)難度更高、涉及到的單位眾多等特點,導(dǎo)致在建筑項目管理的各個階段都存在大量的未知因素、隨機因素和模糊因素,并隨時間而變化,由此造成的風險直接威脅工程項目目標的無法實現(xiàn)或達不到預(yù)期效果。由此帶來的損失十分巨大,因此需要對項目全壽命周期風險因素進行識別、評估、制定出合理的對策并跟蹤實施,才能使風險的影響控制在可以接受的范圍以內(nèi)。而傳統(tǒng)的風險管理模式存在諸多弊端,割裂式的風險管理方式將影響到對項目全壽命周期的風險識別、評估、以及風險對策的制定等一系列風險管理活動。同時也給建筑業(yè)的快速發(fā)展帶來瓶頸。 建筑信息模型(Building Information Modeling,以下簡寫為BIM)技術(shù)的出現(xiàn)給建筑業(yè)提供了新的機遇,也為建筑工程全壽命周期管理(Building Lifecycle Management,以下簡寫為BLM)理念提供了有效的實現(xiàn)方式,它以三維數(shù)字模型為基礎(chǔ),便于建筑項目從策劃階段、設(shè)計階段、施工階段和運營階段等全過程提供所需的各種信息和知識共享服務(wù),從而有效的消除項目全生命周期內(nèi)各參與方的橫向信息流失和縱向交流障礙,打破了建筑業(yè)發(fā)展瓶頸,使得項目的各參與方在各個階段進行實時數(shù)據(jù)共享、協(xié)作和溝通交流也都變得十分便利。同時BIM將在很大程度上提高風險管理的集成化程度,并使得建筑全壽命周期管理(BLM)理念得以快速推廣,從而提高全壽命周期風險管理的效率、降低風險的發(fā)生,消除影響項目目標實現(xiàn)的各種不利因素,為建筑企業(yè)帶來效益。目前BIM技術(shù)還沒有被用來解決建設(shè)項目全壽命周期風險管理問題。因此,論文中引用BIM技術(shù)來探討基于BLM理念的風險管理中的研究,為以后的建筑項目風險管理提供重要的實踐參考價值。 本論文研究的框架如下: (1)提出問題和找到解決問題方法:通過對建筑業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀介紹,找出傳統(tǒng)模式下項目風險管理存在的不足之處,在此基礎(chǔ)之上引入了BIM技術(shù)與建筑項目全壽命周期管理(BLM)理念,并提出通過引入BIM技術(shù)和全壽命周期風險管理理念來解決當前建筑項目風險管理中的現(xiàn)存問題。 (2)BIM技術(shù)和BLM理念以及兩者之間的關(guān)系介紹:首先從建筑業(yè)信息化角度,分別對BIM技術(shù)和BLM理念進行了詳細的介紹,從而得出,BIM技術(shù)的應(yīng)用是實現(xiàn)BLM理念的前提,而BLM理念的實現(xiàn)是BIM技術(shù)在建筑項目實際運用中的價值最大化體現(xiàn)。 (3)解決問題方法的適用性及實踐應(yīng)用下的優(yōu)勢介紹:首先通過分析我國現(xiàn)行模式下風險管理過程的局限,找出影響到建筑項目全壽命周期風險管瓶頸的主要問題,然后結(jié)合BIM的技術(shù)優(yōu)勢來探討基于BIM技術(shù)的全壽命周期風險管理過程的適用性。然后通過對BIM技術(shù)應(yīng)用于全壽命周期各階段下風險管理過程中的實踐應(yīng)用介紹,找出其實踐過程中的獨特價值優(yōu)勢,并再一次印證BIM技術(shù)應(yīng)用于全壽命周期風險管理過程是適用的。 (4)工程案例應(yīng)用分析:通過引用一個實際工程應(yīng)用案例,對其全壽命周期下的風險管理各階段進行了詳細剖析,探討了基于BIM技術(shù)下的全壽命周期風險管理過程獲得的成果。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our country ' s economy and technology , the scale of the construction project becomes more and more big , the cycle is longer , the technical difficulty is higher , which involves many characteristics of the unit , which leads to a great deal of unknown factors , random factors and fuzzy factors at all stages of the construction project management .
Building Information Modeling ( BIM ) technology has provided new opportunities for the construction industry . It also provides the effective way to realize the whole life cycle management ( Building Lifecycle Management , hereinafter abbreviated as blm ) , which is based on the three - dimensional digital model , so as to effectively eliminate the horizontal information loss and vertical communication barriers of all participants in the whole life cycle of the project , thus effectively eliminating the risk management problems of the construction industry . At the same time , the BIM technology is not used to solve the risk management problem of the whole life cycle of the construction project . Therefore , the BIM technology is used in the paper to discuss the research in risk management based on the concept of the blm , and to provide important practical reference value for the future construction project risk management .
The framework of this paper is as follows :
( 1 ) Put forward the problem and find the problem solving method : by introducing the present situation of the construction industry , finding out the shortcomings of the project risk management in the traditional mode , introducing the BIM technology and the whole life cycle management ( blm ) idea of the building project , and proposing to solve the existing problems in the current building project risk management by introducing the BIM technology and the whole life cycle risk management idea .
( 2 ) The BIM technology and the concept of blm and the relationship between them are introduced : firstly , the BIM technology and the concept of blm are introduced in detail from the angle of information of the construction industry , so that the application of BIM technology is the premise of realizing the concept of blm , and the realization of the concept of blm is the value maximization of the BIM technology in the practical application of the construction project .
( 3 ) The applicability of the problem - solving method and the advantages of practical application : Firstly , by analyzing the limitations of the risk management process in the current mode of our country , the paper finds out the main problems affecting the whole life cycle risk pipe bottleneck of the construction project , then discusses the applicability of the whole life cycle risk management process based on the BIM technology in combination with the technical advantages of the BIM . Then , the application of the BIM technology in the risk management process at each stage of the full - life cycle is introduced to find out the unique value advantage in the practice process , and then the application of the BIM technology in the whole life cycle risk management process is applicable .
( 4 ) Application and Analysis of Engineering Case : Through the reference of a practical project application case , the risk management stages under the full life cycle of the project are analyzed in detail , and the results obtained based on the whole life cycle risk management process under BIM technology are discussed .
