基于BIM技術(shù)的全壽命周期風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理實(shí)踐研究

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)和技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,建筑項(xiàng)目規(guī)模變得越來(lái)越大、周期更長(zhǎng)、技術(shù)難度更高、涉及到的單位眾多等特點(diǎn),導(dǎo)致在建筑項(xiàng)目管理的各個(gè)階段都存在大量的未知因素、隨機(jī)因素和模糊因素,并隨時(shí)間而變化,由此造成的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)直接威脅工程項(xiàng)目目標(biāo)的無(wú)法實(shí)現(xiàn)或達(dá)不到預(yù)期效果。由此帶來(lái)的損失十分巨大,因此需要對(duì)項(xiàng)目全壽命周期風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素進(jìn)行識(shí)別、評(píng)估、制定出合理的對(duì)策并跟蹤實(shí)施,才能使風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的影響控制在可以接受的范圍以?xún)?nèi)。而傳統(tǒng)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理模式存在諸多弊端,割裂式的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理方式將影響到對(duì)項(xiàng)目全壽命周期的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別、評(píng)估、以及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)對(duì)策的制定等一系列風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理活動(dòng)。同時(shí)也給建筑業(yè)的快速發(fā)展帶來(lái)瓶頸。 建筑信息模型(Building Information Modeling,以下簡(jiǎn)寫(xiě)為BIM)技術(shù)的出現(xiàn)給建筑業(yè)提供了新的機(jī)遇,也為建筑工程全壽命周期管理(Building Lifecycle Management,以下簡(jiǎn)寫(xiě)為BLM)理念提供了有效的實(shí)現(xiàn)方式,它以三維數(shù)字模型為基礎(chǔ),便于建筑項(xiàng)目從策劃階段、設(shè)計(jì)階段、施工階段和運(yùn)營(yíng)階段等全過(guò)程提供所需的各種信息和知識(shí)共享服務(wù),從而有效的消除項(xiàng)目全生命周期內(nèi)各參與方的橫向信息流失和縱向交流障礙,打破了建筑業(yè)發(fā)展瓶頸,使得項(xiàng)目的各參與方在各個(gè)階段進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)共享、協(xié)作和溝通交流也都變得十分便利。同時(shí)BIM將在很大程度上提高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的集成化程度,并使得建筑全壽命周期管理(BLM)理念得以快速推廣,從而提高全壽命周期風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的效率、降低風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的發(fā)生,消除影響項(xiàng)目目標(biāo)實(shí)現(xiàn)的各種不利因素,為建筑企業(yè)帶來(lái)效益。目前BIM技術(shù)還沒(méi)有被用來(lái)解決建設(shè)項(xiàng)目全壽命周期風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理問(wèn)題。因此,論文中引用BIM技術(shù)來(lái)探討基于BLM理念的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理中的研究,為以后的建筑項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理提供重要的實(shí)踐參考價(jià)值。 本論文研究的框架如下: (1)提出問(wèn)題和找到解決問(wèn)題方法:通過(guò)對(duì)建筑業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀介紹,找出傳統(tǒng)模式下項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理存在的不足之處,在此基礎(chǔ)之上引入了BIM技術(shù)與建筑項(xiàng)目全壽命周期管理(BLM)理念,并提出通過(guò)引入BIM技術(shù)和全壽命周期風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理理念來(lái)解決當(dāng)前建筑項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理中的現(xiàn)存問(wèn)題。 (2)BIM技術(shù)和BLM理念以及兩者之間的關(guān)系介紹:首先從建筑業(yè)信息化角度,分別對(duì)BIM技術(shù)和BLM理念進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的介紹,從而得出,BIM技術(shù)的應(yīng)用是實(shí)現(xiàn)BLM理念的前提,而B(niǎo)LM理念的實(shí)現(xiàn)是BIM技術(shù)在建筑項(xiàng)目實(shí)際運(yùn)用中的價(jià)值最大化體現(xiàn)。 (3)解決問(wèn)題方法的適用性及實(shí)踐應(yīng)用下的優(yōu)勢(shì)介紹:首先通過(guò)分析我國(guó)現(xiàn)行模式下風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理過(guò)程的局限,找出影響到建筑項(xiàng)目全壽命周期風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管瓶頸的主要問(wèn)題,然后結(jié)合BIM的技術(shù)優(yōu)勢(shì)來(lái)探討基于BIM技術(shù)的全壽命周期風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理過(guò)程的適用性。然后通過(guò)對(duì)BIM技術(shù)應(yīng)用于全壽命周期各階段下風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理過(guò)程中的實(shí)踐應(yīng)用介紹,找出其實(shí)踐過(guò)程中的獨(dú)特價(jià)值優(yōu)勢(shì),并再一次印證BIM技術(shù)應(yīng)用于全壽命周期風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理過(guò)程是適用的。 (4)工程案例應(yīng)用分析:通過(guò)引用一個(gè)實(shí)際工程應(yīng)用案例,對(duì)其全壽命周期下的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理各階段進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)剖析,探討了基于BIM技術(shù)下的全壽命周期風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理過(guò)程獲得的成果。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our country ' s economy and technology , the scale of the construction project becomes more and more big , the cycle is longer , the technical difficulty is higher , which involves many characteristics of the unit , which leads to a great deal of unknown factors , random factors and fuzzy factors at all stages of the construction project management .
Building Information Modeling ( BIM ) technology has provided new opportunities for the construction industry . It also provides the effective way to realize the whole life cycle management ( Building Lifecycle Management , hereinafter abbreviated as blm ) , which is based on the three - dimensional digital model , so as to effectively eliminate the horizontal information loss and vertical communication barriers of all participants in the whole life cycle of the project , thus effectively eliminating the risk management problems of the construction industry . At the same time , the BIM technology is not used to solve the risk management problem of the whole life cycle of the construction project . Therefore , the BIM technology is used in the paper to discuss the research in risk management based on the concept of the blm , and to provide important practical reference value for the future construction project risk management .
The framework of this paper is as follows :
( 1 ) Put forward the problem and find the problem solving method : by introducing the present situation of the construction industry , finding out the shortcomings of the project risk management in the traditional mode , introducing the BIM technology and the whole life cycle management ( blm ) idea of the building project , and proposing to solve the existing problems in the current building project risk management by introducing the BIM technology and the whole life cycle risk management idea .
( 2 ) The BIM technology and the concept of blm and the relationship between them are introduced : firstly , the BIM technology and the concept of blm are introduced in detail from the angle of information of the construction industry , so that the application of BIM technology is the premise of realizing the concept of blm , and the realization of the concept of blm is the value maximization of the BIM technology in the practical application of the construction project .
( 3 ) The applicability of the problem - solving method and the advantages of practical application : Firstly , by analyzing the limitations of the risk management process in the current mode of our country , the paper finds out the main problems affecting the whole life cycle risk pipe bottleneck of the construction project , then discusses the applicability of the whole life cycle risk management process based on the BIM technology in combination with the technical advantages of the BIM . Then , the application of the BIM technology in the risk management process at each stage of the full - life cycle is introduced to find out the unique value advantage in the practice process , and then the application of the BIM technology in the whole life cycle risk management process is applicable .
( 4 ) Application and Analysis of Engineering Case : Through the reference of a practical project application case , the risk management stages under the full life cycle of the project are analyzed in detail , and the results obtained based on the whole life cycle risk management process under BIM technology are discussed .
