自燃煤矸石—礦渣—粉煤灰地質(zhì)聚合物的制備及性能研究

【摘要】:煤矸石以鋁硅酸鹽礦物和碳為主要成分,它的“質(zhì)”—富含氧化硅和氧化鋁,以及“量”—大宗性,決定了煤矸石與建筑材料的“質(zhì)”和“量”上的雙重近似性,也決定了煤矸石在水泥領(lǐng)域資源化利用的可行性。本文是國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金煤炭聯(lián)合項(xiàng)目《煤矸石在水泥和混凝土資源化利用中關(guān)鍵科學(xué)問(wèn)題研究》(U1261122)的子項(xiàng)目,所有研究成果都是在該基金的資助下完成并取得的。 本文以自燃煤矸石、粉煤灰和礦渣為主要原料在堿性激活劑作用下,采用適當(dāng)工藝制備地質(zhì)聚合物。首先利用正交試驗(yàn),考察自燃煤矸石摻量、粉煤灰摻量和激發(fā)劑水玻璃摻量三個(gè)因素對(duì)地質(zhì)聚合物膠砂強(qiáng)度的影響。通過(guò)對(duì)正交試驗(yàn)結(jié)果的極差、方差分析,優(yōu)化配合比參數(shù)。在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)最優(yōu)配合比進(jìn)行膠凝材料其他主要技術(shù)性能檢測(cè),包括細(xì)度、凝結(jié)時(shí)間、體積安定性和水化熱等項(xiàng)目。主要研究成果如下: (1)自燃煤矸石-礦渣-粉煤灰地質(zhì)聚合物在水膠比為0.46,試件脫模后在65℃環(huán)境下蒸養(yǎng)6h的條件下,以最佳配合比(自燃煤矸石:礦渣:粉煤灰=2:1:1,激發(fā)劑配體中水玻璃:氫氧化鉀=7:3,激發(fā)劑摻量為10.5%)成型的試件,3d、28d膠砂抗折強(qiáng)度分別為5.3MPa、7.2MPa,抗壓強(qiáng)度分別為37.9MPa和42.73MPa,達(dá)到了硅酸鹽水泥42.5強(qiáng)度等級(jí)的要求; (2)對(duì)于自燃煤矸石-礦渣-粉煤灰地質(zhì)聚合物,各因素影響膠砂強(qiáng)度程度大小順序?yàn)椋好喉肥瘬搅康V渣摻量(或粉煤灰摻量)水玻璃摻量; (3)在復(fù)合激發(fā)劑配體中堿的濃度一定要適中,堿的濃度過(guò)高,不僅造成自燃煤矸石-礦渣-粉煤灰地質(zhì)聚合物的成本提高,且隨著齡期延長(zhǎng)無(wú)論是膠砂的抗折強(qiáng)度,還是抗壓強(qiáng)度都會(huì)出現(xiàn)強(qiáng)度倒縮現(xiàn)象,這一點(diǎn)需要引起高度重視; (4)自燃煤矸石-礦渣-粉煤灰地質(zhì)聚合物的細(xì)度、凝結(jié)時(shí)間、體積安定性等技術(shù)性能指標(biāo)都滿足GB175-1999國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn),,且表現(xiàn)出終凝時(shí)間相對(duì)較短、水化熱底等技術(shù)特性。
[Abstract]:Coal gangue is mainly composed of aluminosilicate minerals and carbon. Its "quality", which is rich in silica and alumina, and "quantity", determines the "quality" and "quantity" of coal gangue and building materials. It also determines the feasibility of the utilization of coal gangue in cement field. This paper is a sub-project of the National Natural Science Foundation coal joint project < Research on key Scientific problems of Coal gangue in cement and concrete Recycling Utilization "U1261122). All the research results have been completed and obtained with the aid of the fund. In this paper, geopolymers were prepared by using spontaneous combustion gangue, fly ash and slag as main raw materials under the action of alkaline activator. Firstly, the effects of the content of spontaneous combustion gangue, fly ash and water glass on the strength of geopolymer cement sand were investigated by orthogonal test. The parameters of mixture ratio were optimized by the analysis of variance and range of orthogonal test results. On this basis, other main technical properties of cementitious materials were tested, including fineness, setting time, volume stability and hydration heat. The main findings are as follows: (1) spontaneous combustion coal gangue, slag and fly ash geopolymers with water / binder ratio of 0.46, the samples were steamed and stored at 65 鈩
