基于商業(yè)規(guī)律的商業(yè)綜合體的空間設(shè)計策略

【摘要】:商業(yè)綜合體是社會與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的產(chǎn)物,也是商業(yè)發(fā)展的必然趨勢,空間作為商業(yè)綜合體的精神存在靈魂,是消費(fèi)者的行為主導(dǎo)場所,也是功能最為復(fù)雜、型制最為靈活的場所。對基于商業(yè)規(guī)律的商業(yè)綜合體的空間設(shè)計策略的研究,不僅可以為創(chuàng)造良好的購物空間環(huán)境提供理論支持,體現(xiàn)人文關(guān)懷,更重要的是能將抽象的商業(yè)規(guī)律同商業(yè)綜合體的空間設(shè)計結(jié)合起來,為創(chuàng)造集約化、合理化和景觀化的城市空間提供策略。 本文首先是對城市商業(yè)綜合體的定義,明確其的功能組成和空間特點(diǎn),隨后從空間要求、交通要求、技術(shù)條件要求三個方面對商業(yè)綜合體的空間設(shè)計提供評估標(biāo)準(zhǔn);然后從商業(yè)規(guī)律的商業(yè)需求功能層面和商業(yè)購物心理行為層面來論述空間設(shè)計要點(diǎn),接著以商業(yè)需求功能層面和商業(yè)購物心理行為層面作為出發(fā)點(diǎn),從五個方面:業(yè)態(tài)分布特點(diǎn)、空間流線組織、空間布局形式、空間體量設(shè)計、公共環(huán)境設(shè)計等來論述、研究空間設(shè)計策略,得出了以三種不同流線形式作為商業(yè)綜合體區(qū)分的、以以上五點(diǎn)作為構(gòu)成要素的不同策略,總結(jié)出主力店、次主力店與普通零售店的位置關(guān)系、時間段消費(fèi)與年齡段消費(fèi)的特點(diǎn)、人流誘導(dǎo)的方式、水平流線與豎直流線的設(shè)計要點(diǎn)、空間的尺度大小、大空間與小商鋪之間的對應(yīng)關(guān)系、景觀設(shè)計中的人性化處理;同時結(jié)合省內(nèi)外著有代表性的商業(yè)綜合體案例從以上五個方面進(jìn)行了實(shí)例佐證;最后結(jié)合普洱市城市山水商業(yè)綜合體的方案設(shè)計對空間設(shè)計策略進(jìn)行闡述。 同時,值得提出的是我們創(chuàng)造商業(yè)綜合體內(nèi)部購物空間時也應(yīng)該考慮商業(yè)綜合體與整個城市環(huán)境的關(guān)系,這樣,才能在滿足商業(yè)規(guī)律、把握商業(yè)效益的基礎(chǔ)之上,完善城市的商業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),改善城市的商業(yè)環(huán)境,同時創(chuàng)造層次豐富的城市景觀、樹立良好的城市景觀形象。
[Abstract]:Commercial complex is the product of social and economic development and the inevitable trend of commercial development. Space, as the spiritual soul of commercial complex, is the leading place of consumer behavior, the most complex function and the most flexible place. The research on the space design strategy of commercial complex based on commercial law can not only provide theoretical support for creating a good shopping space environment, but also embody humanistic concern. More importantly, it can combine abstract commercial laws with the spatial design of commercial complex, and provide strategies for creating intensive, rational and landscape urban space. In this paper, the definition of urban commercial complex, its functional composition and spatial characteristics are defined, and then the evaluation criteria are provided from three aspects: space requirements, traffic requirements and technical requirements. Then from the commercial demand functional level and the commercial shopping psychological behavior level to discuss the main points of space design, and then take the commercial demand function level and the commercial shopping psychological behavior level as the starting point. From five aspects: the characteristics of the distribution of business form, the organization of spatial streamline, the form of spatial layout, the design of spatial volume, the design of public environment, and the study of the strategy of spatial design, it is concluded that three different forms of streamline are distinguished as commercial complexes. Taking the above five points as the different strategies of the constituent elements, this paper summarizes the position relationship between the main store, the secondary main store and the ordinary retail store, the characteristics of the time consumption and the age consumption, the way of induced flow. The design points of horizontal streamline and vertical streamline, the size of space, the corresponding relationship between large space and small shop, and the humanization of landscape design; At the same time combined with the case of representative commercial complex in and out of the province, it is proved from the above five aspects; finally, the spatial design strategy is expounded in combination with the scheme design of the city landscape commercial complex in Pu'er city. At the same time, it is worth mentioning that we should also consider the relationship between the commercial complex and the entire urban environment when we create the interior shopping space of the commercial complex, so that we can satisfy the commercial laws and grasp the commercial benefits. Improve the city's commercial structure, improve the city's commercial environment, create a rich level of urban landscape, set up a good city landscape image.
