混凝土小型空心砌塊的熱阻實驗測量及數(shù)值分析

【摘要】:使用數(shù)值模擬與實驗測試兩種方法得到了輕集料混凝土小型空心砌塊的熱阻值,在對這2種方法進行比較的基礎上,分析了砌塊各傳熱方式對其熱阻的權重關系,指出影響空心砌塊熱阻大小的主因是固體導熱部分,孔內(nèi)自然對流對熱阻影響最小。研究表明砌塊熱阻隨冷熱壁面溫差呈負線性規(guī)律變化,當冷熱壁面溫差由10.3℃變化到40.3℃時,砌塊整體熱阻減小率不超過8%。
[Abstract]:The thermal resistance of lightweight aggregate concrete hollow block is obtained by numerical simulation and experimental test. Based on the comparison of these two methods, the weight relation of each heat transfer mode of block to its thermal resistance is analyzed. It is pointed out that the main factor affecting the thermal resistance of hollow block is the solid heat conduction, and the natural convection in the hole has the least effect on the thermal resistance.
