城市道路沿線公共空間綠色規(guī)劃策略研究

【摘要】:改革開放以來(lái),我國(guó)政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)和文化發(fā)展迅速,取得了輝煌的成就,已由生存型社會(huì)過渡到發(fā)展型社會(huì)。但是,在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和社會(huì)全面轉(zhuǎn)型的過程中,我國(guó)正面臨著資源短缺、環(huán)境污染、回報(bào)效率低下等嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn),資源與環(huán)境約束已成為制約我國(guó)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的瓶頸,所以作為解決問題的重要理念之一,加快綠色城市建設(shè),協(xié)調(diào)生態(tài)、資源、社會(huì)之間的矛盾,已成為普遍共識(shí)。 城市生活性道路連接著城市各個(gè)功能分區(qū),是整個(gè)城市景觀的組成部分,更是人們生活最重要的場(chǎng)所,因此,越來(lái)越多的人們開始重視其沿線公共空間的創(chuàng)建,一些形式多樣的城市公共空間開始不斷的出現(xiàn)。但是,和國(guó)外很多發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家相比,還存在很多問題:重車輕人的思想嚴(yán)重阻礙公共空間的形成,導(dǎo)致公共空間量少;道路沿線公共空間存在不安全因素;道路沿線公共空間不成體系導(dǎo)致可達(dá)性低,不便捷;公共空間的環(huán)境滿足不了人們交往的需要;公共空間的設(shè)計(jì)中缺少綠色的考慮,導(dǎo)致資源浪費(fèi)嚴(yán)重。 本文就是從“綠色”視角,探討城市道路沿線公共空間設(shè)計(jì)如何促進(jìn)其實(shí)現(xiàn)綠色發(fā)展的,,從而總結(jié)一些相關(guān)規(guī)劃方法和策略。 文章首先對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)綠色規(guī)劃與城市公共空間的研究及成果進(jìn)行了梳理,建立了相應(yīng)的理論框架,明確了綠色視角下的城市道路沿線公共空間的特征和構(gòu)成要素。其次,借鑒國(guó)外道路沿線公共空間的實(shí)踐案例,總結(jié)出對(duì)我國(guó)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)啟示,分析現(xiàn)階段我國(guó)綠色城市建設(shè)過程道路沿線公共空間存在的問題。然后,本文從技術(shù)角度探討了城市道路沿線公共空間實(shí)現(xiàn)綠色發(fā)展的規(guī)劃策略,從資源節(jié)約和環(huán)境友好這兩個(gè)方向構(gòu)建其綠色品質(zhì)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,并從規(guī)劃實(shí)施管理的角度提出綠色城市道路沿線公共空間的建設(shè)模式。最后,在對(duì)大河西先導(dǎo)區(qū)道路沿線公共空間實(shí)地調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,將總結(jié)的策略方法應(yīng)用到瀟湘中路、麓山南路沿線公共空間規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)中,為實(shí)現(xiàn)湖南省“兩型”發(fā)展目標(biāo)提供重要參考。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's political, economic, social and cultural development has been rapid, has made brilliant achievements, from a survival society to a developmental society. However, in the process of economic development and social transformation, China is facing severe challenges, such as shortage of resources, environmental pollution, low return efficiency and so on. The restriction of resources and environment has become the bottleneck restricting the sustainable development of our country. Therefore, as one of the important ideas to solve the problem, it has become a common understanding to speed up the construction of green city and coordinate the contradictions between ecology, resources and society. The city living road is connected with each functional district of the city, which is the component of the whole city landscape and the most important place of people's life. Therefore, more and more people begin to attach importance to the creation of public space along the city. Some forms of urban public space began to appear. However, compared with many developed countries abroad, there are still many problems: the thought of heavy car and light people seriously hinders the formation of public space, which leads to the small amount of public space, the unsafe factors of public space along the road; The lack of systematic public space along the road leads to low accessibility and convenience; the environment of public space can not meet the needs of communication; the lack of green considerations in the design of public space leads to a serious waste of resources. From the perspective of "green", this paper discusses how to promote the design of public space along urban roads to achieve green development, and summarizes some relevant planning methods and strategies. Firstly, this paper combs the research and achievements of green planning and urban public space at home and abroad, establishes the corresponding theoretical framework, and clarifies the characteristics and constituent elements of public space along urban roads from the green perspective. Secondly, draw lessons from the practice cases of the public space along the road in foreign countries, sum up the experience and enlightenment to our country, and analyze the existing problems of the public space along the road along the road in the process of green city construction in our country at the present stage. Then, from the technical point of view, this paper discusses the planning strategy of realizing the green development of the public space along the city road, and constructs its green quality evaluation index system from the aspects of resource saving and environmental friendliness. And put forward the construction mode of public space along the green city road from the view of planning and implementing management. Finally, on the basis of the field investigation of public space along the road in Dahexi Pioneer area, this paper applies the strategy and method to the planning and design of public space along Xiaoxiang Middle Road and Lushan Road. It provides an important reference for realizing the development goal of "two types" in Hunan Province.
