【摘要】：風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)是大自然和前人留下的珍貴的、不可再生的自然文化遺產(chǎn)。自1982年我國設(shè)立第一批風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)以來,我國大多數(shù)風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)在城鎮(zhèn)化和旅游開發(fā)浪潮的沖擊下,有居民點規(guī)模越來越大、風(fēng)景資源保護(hù)與景區(qū)原住居民矛盾愈演愈烈的趨勢。在黨的十八大提出“加強(qiáng)生態(tài)文明建設(shè)、建設(shè)美麗中國”戰(zhàn)略背景和湖南省推進(jìn)新型城鎮(zhèn)化、新農(nóng)村建設(shè)、農(nóng)村居民危房改造、特色民居建設(shè)的熱潮下,本論文為準(zhǔn)確定位風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)居民社會系統(tǒng)在社會發(fā)展中的作用和地位、建立健全風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)原住居民保護(hù)機(jī)制、加強(qiáng)人居環(huán)境規(guī)劃設(shè)計等進(jìn)行提供理論借鑒和設(shè)計參考。 本文通過查閱大量國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)和課題研究資料,對湖南省多處風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)內(nèi)原住居民情況進(jìn)行實地調(diào)研,初步分析了湖南省風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)居民社會系統(tǒng)現(xiàn)狀及存在的主要問題,探討了湖南省風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)民居改造和環(huán)境整治的基本理論與方法,提出了湖南省風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)民居改造和環(huán)境整治中統(tǒng)一規(guī)劃建筑風(fēng)格和立面改造設(shè)計的設(shè)計引導(dǎo)模式,以此指導(dǎo)同類型的規(guī)劃設(shè)計實踐。 研究的主要內(nèi)容包括： (1)對湖南省風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)民居用地情況、布局類型、建筑類型等方面進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析,得出湖南省風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)民居現(xiàn)狀主要存在的問題及其產(chǎn)生的原因,并對湖南省風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)民居改造和環(huán)境整治的四種基本模式進(jìn)行適用情況及案例分析。 (2)確定民居改造的基本原則,按民居建筑基礎(chǔ)元素(屋頂、墻體、門、窗、陽臺欄桿等)進(jìn)行改造風(fēng)貌引導(dǎo),并根據(jù)居民點在風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)中的不同位置,對已建民居和新建民居分別提出改造措施和建筑風(fēng)貌控制要求。 (3)根據(jù)風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)民居改造和環(huán)境整治的基本理論和方法,以]\0山風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)為例,從項目的前期調(diào)查、中期設(shè)計、后期效果及使用評價等階段進(jìn)行了實踐探討。 通過上述研究,總結(jié)了風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)民居改造和環(huán)境整治的基本方向、改造手法及控制模式,為湖南省甚至我國風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)民居改造和環(huán)境整治提供一定的理論指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:Scenic spot is a precious, non-renewable natural and cultural heritage left by nature and its predecessors. Since the establishment of the first batch of scenic spots in China in 1982, most of the scenic spots in China have become larger and larger under the impact of urbanization and tourism development. The contradiction between the protection of scenic resources and the original residents of scenic spots is becoming more and more intense. Under the strategic background of "strengthening the construction of ecological civilization and building a beautiful China" proposed by the 18th National Congress of the Party and the upsurge of promoting new urbanization, construction of new rural areas, transformation of dangerous houses for rural residents, and construction of characteristic houses in Hunan Province, This paper provides theoretical reference and design reference for accurately positioning the role and status of resident social system in scenic spots in social development, establishing and perfecting the protection mechanism of indigenous residents in scenic spots, and strengthening the planning and design of human settlements. By consulting a large number of domestic and foreign relevant literature and research materials, this paper investigates the situation of indigenous residents in many scenic spots in Hunan Province. This paper preliminarily analyzes the present situation and main problems of the residents' social system in the scenic spots of Hunan Province, and probes into the basic theories and methods of the renovation of residential buildings and the improvement of the environment in the scenic spots of Hunan Province. This paper puts forward the design guidance mode of unified planning architectural style and facade reconstruction design in the renovation of residential buildings and environment in scenic spots of Hunan Province, so as to guide the planning and design practice of the same type. The main contents of the study include: 1) to investigate and analyze the situation of residential land, layout type and architectural type of Hunan scenic spots, and to find out the main problems existing in the present situation of residential buildings in Hunan scenic spots and the reasons for their occurrence. Four basic models of residential renovation and environmental renovation in scenic spots of Hunan Province are analyzed. (2) to determine the basic principles for the renovation of residential buildings, and to guide them according to the basic elements of residential buildings (roof, wall, doors, windows, balcony railings, etc.), and according to the different locations of residential areas in scenic spots, The reconstruction measures and architectural style control requirements are put forward for the existing houses and the newly built houses respectively. According to the basic theory and method of house renovation and environmental renovation in scenic spots, taking the mountain scenic spot as an example, this paper discusses the practice from the stages of the preliminary investigation, medium-term design, late effect and application evaluation of the project. Through the above research, this paper summarizes the basic direction, methods and control mode of residential renovation and environmental renovation in scenic spots, and provides certain theoretical guidance for the renovation and environmental renovation of residential buildings in scenic spots in Hunan Province and even in China.
