【摘要】：改革開放后，中國(guó)經(jīng)歷著熱火朝天的城市建設(shè)。隨著廣州市人口的增加、城市化的不斷發(fā)展，舊城區(qū)的空間肌理和建筑形態(tài)也發(fā)生了很大的變化。廣州市越秀區(qū)中南部存在著大量具有傳統(tǒng)風(fēng)貌和深厚歷史積淀的商業(yè)區(qū)，由于市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的沖擊和城市發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的調(diào)整，它們逐漸遭到破壞。本論文通過研究越秀傳統(tǒng)商業(yè)區(qū)空間尺度的演化，分析其自身特點(diǎn)與影響其變化的相關(guān)因素，在此基礎(chǔ)上比較相關(guān)案例與理論研究。期望在城市擴(kuò)張與發(fā)展的同時(shí)，，尋求從尺度層面上解決越秀傳統(tǒng)商業(yè)區(qū)保護(hù)和發(fā)展問題的方法，為今后的城市建設(shè)和傳統(tǒng)建筑保護(hù)提供借鑒。 本論文首先對(duì)尺度的概念和相關(guān)因素進(jìn)行總結(jié)與比較，指出舊城尺度是城市在發(fā)展過程中長(zhǎng)期形成的、一種與城市特色和生活相適應(yīng)的空間形態(tài)要素。其次，對(duì)廣州市舊城的歷史變遷與越秀傳統(tǒng)商業(yè)區(qū)尺度的形成分析，指出廣州城市的發(fā)展與越秀傳統(tǒng)商業(yè)區(qū)的形成相輔相成。最后，針對(duì)越秀傳統(tǒng)商業(yè)區(qū)尺度的歷史發(fā)展與在當(dāng)代的演化，論文通過對(duì)北京路商業(yè)區(qū)、長(zhǎng)堤商業(yè)區(qū)和狀元坊商業(yè)區(qū)這三個(gè)特點(diǎn)各異的商業(yè)區(qū)進(jìn)行深入分析，探討越秀傳統(tǒng)商業(yè)區(qū)在保護(hù)與更新方面應(yīng)該采取的策略，力圖在滿足城市化發(fā)展的同時(shí)，盡可能保留和延續(xù)越秀傳統(tǒng)商業(yè)區(qū)所特有的空間形態(tài)、尺度特色和地域特點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:After the reform and opening up, China is experiencing a hot urban construction. With the increase of population and the development of urbanization, the spatial texture and architectural form of the old urban area have also changed greatly. There are a large number of commercial districts in the central and southern part of Yuexiu District of Guangzhou with traditional style and profound historical accumulation. As a result of the impact of market economy and the adjustment of urban development strategy, they are gradually destroyed. By studying the evolution of the spatial scale of Yuexiu traditional commercial district, this paper analyzes its own characteristics and the related factors affecting its change, and then compares the relevant cases and theoretical studies. At the same time of urban expansion and development, the author hopes to find a way to solve the problem of protection and development of Yuexiu traditional commercial district from the scale level, and to provide reference for the future urban construction and traditional building protection. This paper first summarizes and compares the concept of scale and related factors, and points out that the scale of old city is formed in the process of urban development for a long time, which is a kind of spatial form element adapted to urban characteristics and life. Secondly, the paper analyzes the historical changes of the old city of Guangzhou and the formation of the traditional commercial district of Yuexiu, and points out that the development of Guangzhou city and the formation of the traditional commercial district of Yuexiu complement each other. Finally, aiming at the historical development of the traditional commercial district of Yuexiu and its evolution in the contemporary era, the paper makes a thorough analysis of three different commercial districts, namely Beijing Road Commercial District, Changdi Commercial District and Shaoyuanfang Commercial District. This paper discusses the strategies that should be adopted in the protection and renewal of Yuexiu traditional commercial district in order to keep and extend the special spatial form, scale characteristics and regional characteristics of Yuexiu traditional commercial district while satisfying the development of urbanization.
