【摘要】：本文以施工期模板支架為研究對(duì)象,經(jīng)過(guò)分析研究,完成以下工作,得出以下結(jié)論： (1)搜集整理我國(guó)近十二年內(nèi),模板支架的坍塌事故,從支架的類型、支架的高度、坍塌的階段、發(fā)生破壞的永久結(jié)構(gòu)的類型、傷亡的程度和導(dǎo)致坍塌的原因幾個(gè)方面,做了統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,總結(jié)了事故發(fā)生的特點(diǎn),從內(nèi)因、外因和管理方面的原因三方面進(jìn)行分析,總結(jié)導(dǎo)致我國(guó)模板支架坍塌事故頻繁發(fā)生的根本原因； (2)針對(duì)功能函數(shù)是隱式或者功能函數(shù)復(fù)雜的情況,提出了一個(gè)新的靈敏度因子近似計(jì)算公式,并驗(yàn)證了公式的可行性； (3)對(duì)影響模板支架的極限承載力隨機(jī)變量做敏感性分析,根據(jù)計(jì)算結(jié)果將步距、鋼管壁厚、擰緊扭力矩、立桿超出頂層水平桿長(zhǎng)度視為對(duì)可靠性影響較大的隨機(jī)變量,同時(shí)忽略立桿水平間距的隨機(jī)性； (4)計(jì)算不同工況下的高大模板支架的極限承載力,并對(duì)模板支架的極限承載力進(jìn)行擬合,確定抗力的概率模型,通過(guò)參考文獻(xiàn)獲得荷載的概率模型,建立模板支架的極限狀態(tài)方程,利用蒙特卡羅法計(jì)算支架的可靠度； (5)計(jì)算有人為過(guò)失、無(wú)人為過(guò)失和無(wú)剪刀撐三種情況下的可靠度。根據(jù)目標(biāo)可靠度指標(biāo)的要求,反算人為過(guò)失發(fā)生概率的上限值,根據(jù)計(jì)算分析結(jié)果,得出在施工過(guò)程中,必須嚴(yán)格控制人為過(guò)失和不設(shè)剪刀撐的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the template bracket during construction as the research object, through the analysis and research, completes the following work, draws the following conclusions: (1) collecting and sorting out the collapse accidents of the template supports in China in the past 12 years, from the types of supports, the height of the scaffolds, the stage of collapse, the types of permanent structures that have been destroyed, the extent of casualties and the causes of the collapse. This paper makes statistical analysis, summarizes the characteristics of the accident, analyzes the internal cause, the external cause and the management reason, and summarizes the root cause of the frequent collapse of the formwork support in our country. (2) A new approximate formula of sensitivity factor is proposed for the case that the function function is implicit or complex, and the feasibility of the formula is verified. The sensitivity analysis of the random variables affecting the ultimate bearing capacity of the formwork support is made. According to the calculation results, the step distance, the wall thickness of the steel pipe, the tightening and torsion moment, the length of the vertical rod over the top horizontal bar are regarded as the random variables which have great influence on the reliability. At the same time, the randomness of the horizontal distance between the poles is ignored. (4) calculate the ultimate bearing capacity of the large formwork bracket under different working conditions, and fit the ultimate bearing capacity of the formwork bracket, determine the probability model of resistance, and obtain the probability model of load by reference. The limit state equation of the template bracket was established and the reliability of the support was calculated by Monte Carlo method. 5) calculate the reliability in the case of human fault, no-one fault and no scissors support. According to the requirements of the target reliability index, the upper limit value of the probability of occurrence of human negligence is back calculated. According to the results of calculation and analysis, it is concluded that in the construction process, the occurrence of human error and no scissors bracing must be strictly controlled.
