苯并三氮唑復(fù)合緩蝕阻垢劑的制備及性能研究

【摘要】:近年來隨著水處理劑行業(yè)的發(fā)展,苯并三氮唑開始被用于碳鋼及其它金屬的緩蝕。目前國內(nèi)外關(guān)于苯并三氮唑用于碳鋼緩蝕的報道相對較少,對其緩蝕機(jī)理的研究也不夠深入。為了進(jìn)一步研究苯并三氮唑?qū)μ间摰木徫g作用,同時有效解決工業(yè)循環(huán)冷卻水系統(tǒng)的腐蝕和結(jié)垢,本文以苯并三氮唑(BTA)、丙烯酸-2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AA/AMPS)、硫酸鋅、水解聚馬來酸酐(HPMA)、葡萄糖酸鈉為原料進(jìn)行復(fù)配,開發(fā)出一種無磷、高效的復(fù)合緩蝕阻垢劑。 本文通過正交試驗法篩選出復(fù)合緩蝕阻垢劑各組分的最佳投加量,分別通過旋轉(zhuǎn)掛片腐蝕實驗和靜態(tài)阻垢實驗測定最佳配方的緩蝕和阻垢性能,并對最佳配方進(jìn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境效益分析。通過極化曲線法、交流阻抗法、電鏡掃描(SEM)法、X-射線衍射(XRD)法對復(fù)合緩蝕阻垢劑的緩蝕和阻垢機(jī)理進(jìn)行研究。實驗結(jié)果如下: (1)當(dāng)BTA單一組分的投加量為100mg/L時對碳鋼起到明顯的緩蝕作用,緩蝕率可達(dá)到94.61%;阻垢測試結(jié)果表明BTA對碳酸鈣的阻垢作用不明顯。 (2)正交試驗篩選出的復(fù)合緩蝕阻垢劑各組分的最佳投加量分別為:BTAAA/AMPS6mg/L、硫酸鋅3mg/L、HPMA6mg/L、葡萄糖酸鈉10mg/L。最佳復(fù)合緩蝕阻垢劑的緩蝕率可達(dá)到92.02%,阻垢率可達(dá)到90.42%,緩蝕阻垢性能優(yōu)良。 (3)分散氧化鐵評定實驗表明復(fù)合緩蝕阻垢劑對氧化鐵具有良好的分散性能,能夠有效抑制氧化鐵的沉積。 (4)通過經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境效益分析表明該復(fù)合緩蝕阻垢劑具有取代磷系緩蝕阻垢劑的可能性,且對環(huán)境沒有明顯危害。 (5)通過極化曲線和交流阻抗圖分析可知,該復(fù)合緩蝕阻垢劑是一種以抑制陽極極化為主的緩蝕阻垢劑。通過掃描電鏡分析可知,該復(fù)合緩蝕阻垢劑能夠在碳鋼表面形成一層保護(hù)膜,從而起到有效抑制碳鋼腐蝕的作用。通過XRD測試及掃描電鏡測試分析可知,該復(fù)合緩蝕阻垢劑能夠破壞碳酸鈣晶格的結(jié)構(gòu),抑制晶體的正常生長,同時能夠分散晶體,使生成的垢形狀不規(guī)則且粒徑較小,容易沖洗。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of water treatment agent industry, benztriazole has been used to inhibit corrosion of carbon steel and other metals. At present, there are few reports about the application of benzotriazole in corrosion inhibition of carbon steel, and the study of corrosion inhibition mechanism of benztriazole is not enough. In order to further study the inhibition effect of benztriazole on carbon steel, and to effectively solve the corrosion and scaling of industrial circulating cooling water system, this paper deals with the corrosion and scaling of BTAA, Acrylic acid -2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid and zinc sulfate. A kind of complex corrosion and scale inhibitor without phosphorus and high efficiency was developed by using hydrolyzed polymaleic anhydride (HPMA) and sodium gluconate as raw materials. In this paper, the optimum dosage of compound corrosion and scale inhibitor was selected by orthogonal test. The corrosion inhibition and scale inhibition properties of the best formula were determined by rotating hanging plate corrosion test and static scale inhibition experiment respectively. The economic and environmental benefits of the best formula were analyzed. The mechanism of corrosion inhibition and scale inhibition of composite corrosion and scale inhibitor was studied by polarization curve method, AC impedance method and scanning electron microscope scanning electron microscopy (SEM) method and X-ray diffraction (XRD) method. The results are as follows: (1) when the dosage of BTA single component is 100mg/L, the corrosion inhibition rate of carbon steel can reach 94.61.The result of scale inhibition test shows that the inhibition effect of BTA on calcium carbonate is not obvious. (2) the optimum dosage of compound corrosion and scale inhibitor selected by orthogonal test is: 1 BTAA / AMPS 6 mg / L, zinc sulfate 3 mg / L, HPMA 6 mg / L, sodium gluconate 10 mg / L. The corrosion inhibition rate of the best compound corrosion and scale inhibitor can reach 92.02 and the scale inhibition rate can reach 90.42, and the corrosion and scale inhibition performance is excellent. The evaluation experiment of dispersed iron oxide shows that the composite corrosion and scale inhibitor has good dispersion property to iron oxide and can effectively inhibit the deposition of iron oxide. 4) the economic and environmental benefit analysis shows that the compound corrosion and scale inhibitor has the possibility of replacing phosphorus series corrosion and scale inhibitor, and has no obvious harm to the environment. 5) through polarization curve and AC impedance diagram analysis, it is known that the composite corrosion and scale inhibitor is a kind of corrosion and scale inhibitor which mainly inhibits anodic polarization. The SEM analysis shows that the composite corrosion and scale inhibitor can form a protective film on the surface of carbon steel, which can effectively inhibit the corrosion of carbon steel. The results of XRD test and SEM analysis show that the composite corrosion and scale inhibitor can destroy the structure of calcium carbonate lattice, inhibit the normal growth of the crystal, and disperse the crystal, making the scale shape irregular and the particle size smaller. Easy to wash.
