【摘要】：人類的糖業(yè)發(fā)展基本經(jīng)歷了早期發(fā)酵制飴、土榨甘蔗制糖和機(jī)械化制糖三個(gè)大致階段。作為世界上最早開始制糖的國家之一，中國的制糖業(yè)隨著機(jī)械化的蓬勃發(fā)展，傳統(tǒng)工藝面臨被丟棄與缺失的危險(xiǎn)，而這是寶貴的人類文化遺產(chǎn)，必須得到重視和保護(hù)。本文以設(shè)計(jì)廣西金田土法制糖博物館為契機(jī)，對當(dāng)?shù)赝练ㄖ铺枪に囘M(jìn)行調(diào)查研究，探討分析其與制糖博物館設(shè)計(jì)的關(guān)聯(lián)性，為博物館的設(shè)計(jì)提供最基本的設(shè)計(jì)依據(jù)和建筑學(xué)啟發(fā)，，亦使前人留給我們非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)得以保護(hù)和延續(xù)。
[Abstract]:The development of human sugar industry has basically experienced three rough stages of early fermentation, sugar cane sugar and mechanical sugar. As one of the first countries in the world to make sugar, China's sugar industry is facing the danger of being discarded and missing with the vigorous development of mechanization, and this is a valuable human cultural heritage. In this paper, this article takes the design of the Guangxi Jintian soil law sugar Museum as an opportunity to investigate the local sugar production process in the local soil method, to explore the relationship between the sugar Museum and the design of the sugar Museum, to provide the basic design basis and architectural inspiration for the design of the Museum, and to make the predecessors leave us with the intangible cultural heritage.
