多因素影響下銑削型鋼纖維混凝土劈裂抗拉強度

【摘要】:通過銑削型鋼纖維混凝土立方體試塊劈裂抗拉試驗,探討了鋼纖維體積分數(shù)(φf)、粗骨料最大粒徑(dmax)和水灰比(mW/mC)等因素對銑削型鋼纖維混凝土劈裂抗拉強度(fft)的影響.結(jié)果表明:銑削型鋼纖維平均長度為35mm時,能夠顯著提高混凝土的劈裂抗拉強度,隨著φf,dmax(≤20mm)增加,fft及其增益比逐漸增加;隨著mW/mC增加,fft及其增益比逐漸減小;銑削型鋼纖維混凝土劈裂抗拉強度與測試試塊斷面特性有關(guān),在試驗結(jié)果分析的基礎(chǔ)上,建立了銑削型鋼纖維混凝土劈裂抗拉強度計算模型;采用BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)對銑削型鋼纖維混凝土劈裂抗拉強度進行了預(yù)測.
[Abstract]:In this paper, the effect of volume fraction of steel fiber (蠁 f) and water / cement ratio (w / m C) on splitting tensile strength of milling steel fiber reinforced concrete (SFRC) is discussed by means of splitting tensile test of milling steel fiber reinforced concrete (SFRC) cube. The effect of volume fraction of steel fiber (蠁 f), maximum particle size of coarse aggregate, and water / cement ratio (W / mC) on the splitting tensile strength of steel fiber reinforced concrete (SFRC) is discussed.
