【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)城市化快速發(fā)展，我國(guó)特大城市正集中面臨發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家過去兩百年所經(jīng)歷問題的總和，以及當(dāng)前環(huán)境下不斷出現(xiàn)的國(guó)內(nèi)外新問題，進(jìn)入城市病集中爆發(fā)期。城市功能空間失衡是主要原因之一。然而，特大城市是我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)與產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的核心空間，，不能簡(jiǎn)單限制其規(guī)模，而必須積極響應(yīng)我國(guó)社會(huì)制度轉(zhuǎn)型帶來的經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型與社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)變遷，實(shí)現(xiàn)我國(guó)城市空間體系的重構(gòu)，建立可持續(xù)發(fā)展的城市發(fā)展模式與相應(yīng)的城市空間結(jié)構(gòu)。 全文共分為六章： 第一章：緒論。闡明本文的研究背景、研究目標(biāo)、研究意義、研究?jī)?nèi)容和研究方法；對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外城市空間結(jié)構(gòu)的研究進(jìn)行綜述，界定城市空間結(jié)構(gòu)的概念。 第二章：國(guó)外城市空間的理論與實(shí)踐。系統(tǒng)梳理現(xiàn)代城市規(guī)劃建立以來發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家在城市功能空間方面的重要理論與實(shí)踐，總結(jié)其理論精髓與實(shí)踐得失，作為研究我國(guó)城市功能空間的理論基礎(chǔ)與參考。 第三章：我國(guó)城市空間變化的歷史軌跡�；仡櫺轮袊�(guó)城市功能空間的演變歷程，總結(jié)各時(shí)期城市空間發(fā)展的特點(diǎn)與模式，作為研究的事實(shí)基礎(chǔ)。 第四章：我國(guó)城市空間的系統(tǒng)診斷。針對(duì)當(dāng)前我國(guó)日益嚴(yán)重的城市病問題從城市功能空間角度入手，系統(tǒng)分析城市蔓延與交通擁堵問題，并結(jié)合實(shí)際對(duì)現(xiàn)有理論進(jìn)行辨析。 第五章：我國(guó)城市空間的變化趨勢(shì)。以城市空間發(fā)展的一般規(guī)律、世界城市發(fā)展趨勢(shì)為基礎(chǔ)，結(jié)合我國(guó)實(shí)際情況，提出我國(guó)城市空間的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。 第六章：我國(guó)城市空間有序演變的規(guī)劃響應(yīng)。從城市用地分類、規(guī)劃編制規(guī)劃管理與公眾參與等方面提出建設(shè)我國(guó)混合功能導(dǎo)向與生態(tài)可持續(xù)導(dǎo)向城市規(guī)劃的措施與理念。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of urbanization in China, our megacities are facing the summation of problems experienced by developed countries in the past two hundred years, and the new problems at home and abroad that have been emerging constantly under the current environment, thus entering the period of concentrated outbreak of urban diseases.The imbalance of urban functional space is one of the main reasons.However, megacities are the core space for the economic and industrial development of our country. They should not simply limit their scale, but must respond positively to the transformation of economic structure and social structure brought about by the transformation of China's social system.To realize the reconstruction of the urban space system of our country, to establish the sustainable development mode and the corresponding urban spatial structure.The full text is divided into six chapters:Chapter one: introduction.This paper expounds the research background, research objectives, research significance, research contents and research methods, summarizes the research of urban spatial structure at home and abroad, and defines the concept of urban spatial structure.Chapter two: the theory and practice of foreign urban space.This paper systematically combs the important theories and practices of urban functional space in developed countries since the establishment of modern urban planning, summarizes its theoretical essence and practical gains and losses, and serves as the theoretical basis and reference for the study of urban functional space in China.Chapter three: the historical track of urban spatial change in China.This paper reviews the evolution of urban functional space in New China and summarizes the characteristics and patterns of urban space development in different periods as the factual basis of the study.Chapter four: systematic diagnosis of urban space in China.In view of the increasingly serious problem of urban disease in China, this paper systematically analyzes the problems of urban sprawl and traffic congestion from the perspective of urban functional space, and analyzes the existing theories in combination with the actual situation.Chapter five: the change trend of urban space in China.Based on the general law of urban space development and the trend of urban development in the world, combined with the actual situation of our country, this paper puts forward the development trend of urban space in China.Chapter six: the planning response of orderly evolution of urban space in China.From the aspects of urban land classification, planning management and public participation, this paper puts forward the measures and ideas of constructing mixed function guidance and ecological sustainable urban planning in China.
