【摘要】：在我國的市政工程施工中，安全管理是極其重要的管理因素之一，也是社會各界普遍關(guān)注的熱點問題。近年來，國內(nèi)各地區(qū)的市政工程建設(shè)中，施工安全事故屢見不鮮，不但造成了嚴重的經(jīng)濟損失和人員傷亡，而且對于社會穩(wěn)定也具有不利的影響。因此，，在市政工程施工中，必須加強對于安全管理問題的深入研究，從而保障市政工程項目的順利完成。 近年來，青島市市政基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)取得長足進展，環(huán)膠州灣高速拓寬改造工程、海底隧道工程、跨海大橋工程、快速路三期、新疆路高架橋工程、地鐵工程等城市基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)全面開展，市政基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的建設(shè)具有施工戰(zhàn)線長、施工條件差、施工影響面廣的特點，而且與老百姓的切身利益息息相關(guān)，因此，具有重要的社會意義。 本文主要通過對青島市市政工程安全管理的問題分析，結(jié)合具體工程案例，分析安全事故發(fā)生的主要因素，總結(jié)對策，使施工過程中發(fā)生事故的可能性減小到最低限度，從而有利于安全生產(chǎn)目標(biāo)的實現(xiàn)。 具體研究內(nèi)容包括： （1）綜述了國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀，提出了市政工程安全管理研究的意義。 （2）概述了市政工程及市政工程安全管理的相關(guān)理論。 （3）探討了市政工程安全管理存在的問題及主要因素分析，研究了青島市市政工程安全管理存在的主要問題。 （4）探討了市政工程安全管理的對策，提出了行之有效的解決辦法。 （5）進行了市政工程安全事故案例的分析。 主要研究目的是綜合運用安全管理的相關(guān)理論與方法有效指導(dǎo)市政工程安全管理的工作實踐,全面提升我市市政工程施工現(xiàn)場標(biāo)準化管理水平，推動我市市政工程各項管理工作再上新臺階。
[Abstract]:In the construction of municipal engineering in China, safety management is one of the most important management factors.In recent years, in the construction of municipal engineering in various regions of China, construction safety accidents are common, which not only cause serious economic losses and casualties, but also have a negative impact on social stability.Therefore, in the construction of municipal engineering, it is necessary to strengthen the in-depth study of safety management, so as to ensure the smooth completion of municipal engineering projects.In recent years, considerable progress has been made in the construction of municipal infrastructure in Qingdao, the high-speed widening and reconstruction project in Jiaozhou Bay, the subsea tunnel project, the cross-sea bridge project, the third phase of the expressway and the viaduct project of Xinjiang Road.The construction of urban infrastructure, such as subway engineering, has been carried out in an all-round way. The construction of municipal infrastructure is characterized by long construction front, poor construction conditions, wide construction influence, and is closely related to the immediate interests of the common people.Has important social significance.This article mainly through the Qingdao municipal engineering safety management question analysis, unifies the concrete project case, analyzes the main factor which the safety accident occurs, summarizes the countermeasure, causes the accident possibility in the construction process to reduce to the minimum limit,Thus, it is beneficial to the realization of the goal of production safety.Specific studies include:1) the research status at home and abroad is summarized, and the significance of safety management research in municipal engineering is put forward.The related theories of municipal engineering and municipal engineering safety management are summarized.This paper discusses the existing problems and main factors of municipal engineering safety management, and studies the main problems of Qingdao municipal engineering safety management.The countermeasures of safety management of municipal engineering are discussed, and the effective solutions are put forward.The case of safety accident in municipal engineering is analyzed.The main purpose of this study is to comprehensively apply the relevant theories and methods of safety management to effectively guide the work practice of municipal engineering safety management, and to improve the standard management level of municipal engineering construction site in our city.Promote the municipal engineering management work to a new level.
