PVA-FRCC抗壓強度增長規(guī)律分析與預測

【摘要】:通過不同PVA纖維體積率在3d、7d、14d、28d、56d、90d及120d齡期的立方體抗壓強度試驗,得到纖維體積率和齡期對PVA纖維增強水泥基復合材料立方體抗壓強度變化規(guī)律的影響并建立了預測模型。結果表明,PVA纖維的摻入不能增加立方體的抗壓強度,但可以提高抗壓強度前期的增長速率,增強前期強度,彌補了粉煤灰的摻入導致PVA-FRCC立方體抗壓強度前期不足的缺陷。并且,PVA纖維具有阻裂作用。齡期影響著抗壓強度的增長速率在整個過程中的變化。所建立的PVA纖維增強水泥基復合材料立方體抗壓強度預測模型,擬合優(yōu)度較好,誤差較小,并具有收斂性,符合PVA纖維增強水泥基復合材料抗壓強度的發(fā)展規(guī)律。
[Abstract]:Based on the cube compressive strength tests of different volume ratios of PVA fibers at the ages of 3 d ~ 7 d ~ 14 d ~ 28 d ~ 56 d ~ (90 d) and 120 d, the effects of fiber volume ratio and age on the cube compressive strength of PVA fiber reinforced cement matrix composites were obtained and a prediction model was established.The results show that the addition of polyvinyl alcohol fiber can not increase the compressive strength of the cube, but can increase the growth rate of the pre-compressive strength and strengthen the pre-strength, which makes up for the deficiency of the pre-compressive strength of PVA-FRCC cube caused by the addition of fly ash.And PVA fiber has anti-cracking effect.Age affects the growth rate of compressive strength in the whole process.The cubic compressive strength prediction model of PVA fiber reinforced cement matrix composites has good fit, small error and convergence, which accords with the development law of compressive strength of PVA fiber reinforced cement matrix composites.
