建筑給水節(jié)能新技術(shù)實(shí)際應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:國家發(fā)明專利“全流量高效變頻調(diào)速給水方法”(專利號(hào)ZL200610057595.X.2006)與”二次給水前置設(shè)備及其控制方法”(專利號(hào)ZL200810306080.8.2008)是建筑給水新節(jié)能給水技術(shù)。第一項(xiàng)專利解決了現(xiàn)有變頻調(diào)速給水技術(shù)在低流量供水狀態(tài)時(shí)工作低效的問題,比普通變頻調(diào)速給水泵節(jié)省供水能耗25%~40%,若全國范圍推廣使用,每年能節(jié)省電量60.3億kW·h。第二項(xiàng)專利解決了普通無負(fù)壓給水設(shè)備所增加的供水安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)問題,并優(yōu)化了節(jié)能效果,若全國范圍推廣使用,每年能節(jié)省電量100.4億kW·h。中國每年建筑給水設(shè)備市場銷售額達(dá)180億~210億元,兩項(xiàng)發(fā)明專利為給水技術(shù)節(jié)能優(yōu)化提供了發(fā)展方向,同事具有良好的市場發(fā)展前景。 本論文根據(jù)離心水泵工作原理,研究水泵高效變頻下限值受變壓變頻和恒壓變頻兩種不同控制方法的影響。并結(jié)合建筑給水系統(tǒng)管網(wǎng)水力特性,評(píng)估全流量高效變頻調(diào)速給水設(shè)備的節(jié)能效果;利用系統(tǒng)給水效率系數(shù)研究泵房改造實(shí)例中管網(wǎng)疊壓供水技術(shù)對(duì)給水系統(tǒng)節(jié)能效果的影響,并用系統(tǒng)給水效率系數(shù)研究疊壓供水對(duì)主給水泵工作效率的影響;基于系統(tǒng)效率系數(shù)原理,定性研究不同給水系統(tǒng)關(guān)于給水安全可靠度、節(jié)能性、設(shè)備造價(jià)幾個(gè)方面的綜合評(píng)價(jià),提出針對(duì)不同類型給水設(shè)備的給水系統(tǒng)效率系數(shù)測(cè)試實(shí)驗(yàn)?zāi)P停会槍?duì)兩項(xiàng)給水節(jié)能技術(shù)的特點(diǎn),研究適合兩項(xiàng)技術(shù)的市場推廣路線。 研究成果包括:(1)本文在理論上證實(shí)全流量高效變頻調(diào)速給水設(shè)備節(jié)能效果優(yōu)于一般變頻調(diào)速給水設(shè)備,,并編制IS系列立式水泵與DL系列立式水泵的配泵表格;(2)證明二次給水前置設(shè)備比一般無負(fù)壓給水設(shè)備更節(jié)能,供水更安全可靠;(3)提出比較不同給水設(shè)備給水系統(tǒng)效率系數(shù)的實(shí)驗(yàn)?zāi)P停唬?)兩項(xiàng)二次給水節(jié)能技術(shù)應(yīng)用前景廣闊,適合建立專業(yè)運(yùn)營公司,通過EMC(energy management contractiing)合同能源管理模式進(jìn)行商業(yè)推廣。
[Abstract]:The national patent "full flow and high efficiency variable frequency speed regulation water supply method" (patent no. ZL200610057595.X.2006) and "secondary water supply front equipment and its control method" (patent no. ZL200810306080.8.2008) are new energy-saving water supply technology for building water supply.The first patent solves the problem that the current variable frequency speed regulating feed water technology works inefficiently in the state of low flow water supply, and saves the energy consumption of water supply by 25% and 40% compared with the ordinary variable frequency speed regulating feedwater pump. If popularized in the whole country, the power can be saved by 6.03 billion kW per year.The second patent solves the problem of water supply safety risk increased by ordinary non-negative pressure water supply equipment, and optimizes the energy saving effect. If popularized and used nationwide, the electricity can be saved by 10.04 billion kW per year.The market sales of construction water supply equipment in China reach 18 billion ~ 21 billion yuan each year. The two patents provide the development direction for energy saving optimization of water supply technology, and the colleagues have a good market development prospect.According to the working principle of centrifugal pump, this paper studies the influence of variable voltage frequency conversion and constant pressure frequency conversion on the lower limit value of high efficiency variable frequency pump.Combined with the hydraulic characteristics of the water supply system of building, the energy saving effect of the water supply equipment with high efficiency and frequency conversion is evaluated, and the influence of the superimposed pressure water supply technology on the energy saving effect of the water supply system is studied by using the water supply efficiency coefficient of the system.On the basis of the principle of system efficiency coefficient, this paper qualitatively studies the safety reliability and energy saving of different feed water supply systems, and studies the effect of superimposed pressure water supply on the working efficiency of main feed water pump.According to the comprehensive evaluation of equipment cost, this paper puts forward the experimental model for testing the efficiency coefficient of water supply system for different types of water supply equipment, and studies the market promotion route suitable for the two technologies in view of the characteristics of two water supply energy saving technologies.The research results include: (1) this paper theoretically proves that the energy saving effect of full flow high efficiency variable frequency speed regulating water supply equipment is better than that of general frequency conversion speed regulating water supply equipment.It is proved that the secondary water supply front-end equipment is more energy efficient than the general non-negative pressure water supply equipment, and the pump matching forms of the is series vertical pumps and DL series vertical pumps are compiled to prove that the secondary water supply front equipment is more energy efficient than the general non-negative pressure water supply equipment.The experimental model of comparing the efficiency coefficient of water supply system with different water supply equipment is put forward. The two secondary water supply energy-saving technologies have broad application prospects and are suitable for establishing professional operation companies.Through the EMC(energy management contractitioning) contract energy management model for commercial promotion.
