基于SAP2000的大型結(jié)構(gòu)可靠度分析

【摘要】:結(jié)構(gòu)可靠度設(shè)計(jì)是目前結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)理論發(fā)展的重要方向之一。大型結(jié)構(gòu)組成復(fù)雜,很多情況下可靠度分析的功能函數(shù)是非線性且隱式的,采用傳統(tǒng)的方法進(jìn)行可靠度分析有一定困難。本文實(shí)現(xiàn)了可靠度計(jì)算與SAP2000軟件的聯(lián)接,對(duì)三種典型的大型結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了基于變形的可靠度研究。主要內(nèi)容總結(jié)如下: (1)介紹了結(jié)構(gòu)可靠度指標(biāo)的通用計(jì)算方法和SAP2000的二次開(kāi)發(fā)技術(shù)。在此基礎(chǔ)上將兩者結(jié)合起來(lái)提出一種針對(duì)大型結(jié)構(gòu)的可靠度分析方法,該方法合理利用了SAP2000軟件強(qiáng)大的有限元分析功能。通過(guò)算例驗(yàn)證了該方法的正確性。 (2)介紹了Pushover方法的原理,對(duì)框架結(jié)構(gòu)的Pushover分析進(jìn)行了抗震可靠度研究。其重可靠指標(biāo)計(jì)算程序采用FORTRAN語(yǔ)言編寫(xiě),目標(biāo)位移采用能力譜法計(jì)算,Pushover曲線通過(guò)SAP2000軟件分析輸出,SAP2000的一次開(kāi)發(fā)實(shí)現(xiàn)了FORTRAN程序?qū)AP2000的調(diào)用。最后用一個(gè)算例闡述了基于Pushover的抗震可靠度分析過(guò)程。 (3)介紹了網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)的荷載計(jì)算和支座的設(shè)計(jì)。通過(guò)Matlab編程將用MSTCAD設(shè)計(jì)好的網(wǎng)架導(dǎo)入到SAP2000中;對(duì)網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了正常使用極限狀態(tài)下的可靠度分析。其中可靠指標(biāo)通過(guò)FORTRAN語(yǔ)言編程計(jì)算,網(wǎng)架撓度通過(guò)SAP2000軟件分析輸出。SAP2000的二次開(kāi)發(fā)實(shí)現(xiàn)了SAP2000撓度分析參與到可靠度迭代計(jì)算中。最后用一個(gè)算例說(shuō)明了網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)和可靠度分析過(guò)程。 (4)介紹了采用SAP2000進(jìn)行蘇通大橋建模的要點(diǎn);對(duì)蘇通大橋進(jìn)行了主梁正常使用極限狀態(tài)下的可靠度分析。其中可靠指標(biāo)通過(guò)FORTRAN語(yǔ)言編程計(jì)算,斜拉橋的撓度通過(guò)SAP2000軟件分析輸出。SAP2000的二次開(kāi)發(fā)使得SAP2000的撓度計(jì)算參與到可靠度迭代計(jì)算中。
[Abstract]:Structural reliability design is one of the important directions in the development of structural design theory.In many cases, the function function of reliability analysis is nonlinear and implicit, so it is difficult to use the traditional method to analyze reliability.In this paper, the reliability calculation is connected with SAP2000 software, and the deformation-based reliability of three typical large structures is studied.The main contents are summarized as follows:The general calculation method of structural reliability index and the secondary development technology of SAP2000 are introduced.On this basis, a reliability analysis method for large structures is proposed by combining the two methods. This method makes reasonable use of the powerful finite element analysis function of SAP2000 software.The correctness of the method is verified by an example.The principle of Pushover method is introduced, and the seismic reliability of Pushover analysis of frame structure is studied.The calculation program of heavy reliability index is written in FORTRAN language, and the ability spectrum method is used to calculate the pushover curve of target displacement. The transfer of FORTRAN program to SAP2000 is realized by a development of SAP2000 software to analyze the output of SAP2000.Finally, an example is given to illustrate the process of seismic reliability analysis based on Pushover.The load calculation and support design of grid structure are introduced.The grid designed by MSTCAD is imported into SAP2000 by Matlab programming, and the reliability of the grid structure under the limit state of normal use is analyzed.The reliability index is calculated by FORTRAN language, and the grid deflection is realized by the secondary development of SAP2000 software output. SAP2000. SAP2000 deflection analysis takes part in the calculation of reliability iteration.Finally, an example is given to illustrate the design and reliability analysis of the grid structure.The main points of modeling Sutong Bridge with SAP2000 are introduced, and the reliability analysis of Sutong Bridge under the limit condition of normal use of main girder is carried out.The reliability index is calculated by FORTRAN language, and the deflection of cable-stayed bridge is calculated by the secondary development of SAP2000 software analysis output. SAP2000 makes the deflection calculation of SAP2000 participate in the calculation of reliability iteration.
