【摘要】：自改革開放以來，，我國經(jīng)濟騰飛，全國各項事業(yè)快速發(fā)展，國人基本社會服務(wù)享有基本得以保障。但醫(yī)療領(lǐng)域一直是我國公共服務(wù)事業(yè)中的一處難以盡善盡美解決的難題所在。而在醫(yī)療領(lǐng)域中的康復(fù)中心發(fā)展更是起步晚、基礎(chǔ)差、發(fā)展不均衡。我國又是殘疾人口大國，如何對我國目前既有的康復(fù)資源進行科學(xué)的調(diào)整以及對未來將會增加的康復(fù)資源進行合理的分配，如何利用我國有限的康復(fù)醫(yī)療資源使民眾享有更為便捷、優(yōu)質(zhì)的康服務(wù)就構(gòu)成了本文研究的主題：基于醫(yī)療資源合理配置下的康復(fù)中心設(shè)計研究。 在論文撰寫的過程中，筆者通過資料搜集、實地調(diào)研、數(shù)學(xué)歸納等方法筆者試圖整合多個學(xué)科、領(lǐng)域的既有研究成果，分析目前我國康復(fù)中心的現(xiàn)狀，旨在提出忠實于論文初衷即如何在康復(fù)中心的設(shè)計研究中實現(xiàn)醫(yī)療資源的合理配置，希望對康復(fù)中心在建筑學(xué)、城市規(guī)劃學(xué)上的相關(guān)設(shè)計問題提出相應(yīng)的解決對策。 全文從康復(fù)中心在國外的發(fā)展歷程以及其中的一些經(jīng)驗教訓(xùn)入手，基于我國的國情和現(xiàn)狀，以康復(fù)醫(yī)療資源配置為主線，對康復(fù)中心在城市中特別是不同行政級別的城市、鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)的布局、區(qū)位的選擇提出相應(yīng)的設(shè)計建議，嘗試對各級康復(fù)中心、不同區(qū)域康復(fù)中心的規(guī)模、床位、人員配置提供更為準(zhǔn)確的計算方法，對康復(fù)中心的改擴建提出相應(yīng)建議。在建筑設(shè)計層面，文中對于康復(fù)中心場地內(nèi)的功能劃分、外部交通，建筑單體上的交通流線、空間形式、區(qū)域劃分以及建筑的環(huán)境在康復(fù)資源配置上的設(shè)計要點也在盡可能的作出一些具有創(chuàng)新點的研究。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's economy has taken off, the country's various undertakings have developed rapidly, and the basic social services of the people have been basically guaranteed.But the medical field is always a difficult problem in the public service in our country.The development of rehabilitation centers in the medical field is late, poor foundation and uneven development.China is also a large country with disabled population. How to adjust the existing rehabilitation resources scientifically and allocate the rehabilitation resources that will be increased in the future.In the process of writing the paper, the author attempts to integrate the existing research results of many disciplines and fields through data collection, field investigation, mathematical induction and so on, and analyzes the current situation of rehabilitation centers in China.The purpose of this paper is to put forward how to realize the rational allocation of medical resources in the design and research of rehabilitation center, and to put forward corresponding solutions to the related design problems of rehabilitation center in architecture and urban planning.Starting with the development of rehabilitation center in foreign countries and some of its experiences and lessons, based on the national conditions and current situation of our country, and taking the allocation of rehabilitation medical resources as the main line, this paper analyzes the rehabilitation center in the city, especially in the cities of different administrative levels.The layout of villages and towns and the choice of location put forward corresponding design suggestions, trying to provide a more accurate calculation method for the scale, bed and staffing of rehabilitation centers at all levels and in different regions.Some suggestions on the reconstruction and extension of rehabilitation center are put forward.At the architectural design level, the paper deals with the functional division of the rehabilitation center site, the external traffic, the traffic streamline on the building unit, the space form,Regional division and architectural environment in rehabilitation resource allocation design points are also as much as possible to make some innovative research.
