【摘要】：改革開(kāi)放以來(lái)，廣州地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展，城市空間的擴(kuò)張十分明顯，傳統(tǒng)村落經(jīng)歷著前所未有的村鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程，許多原本位于城市邊緣地區(qū)的古村落，被動(dòng)式地從城市外圍區(qū)域向城市內(nèi)圍區(qū)域演進(jìn)，最終成為建成區(qū)的一部分。在此過(guò)程中，有些古村落完全湮滅在城市的現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程之中，有些古村落卻要面臨城中村改造問(wèn)題。然而，像這樣極具嶺南文化的代表性城市——廣州，在其發(fā)展建設(shè)過(guò)程中更加重視其地方文化的傳承。像這樣位于廣州邊緣區(qū)的最具有嶺南水鄉(xiāng)特色的古村落小洲村，既蘊(yùn)含著豐富的傳統(tǒng)聚落文化，又蘊(yùn)含著部分城市文化。 首先，結(jié)合小洲村公共空間實(shí)地考察的情況以及相關(guān)研究資料的積累，研究得出處于不同時(shí)期的小洲村，影響其公共空間變遷的主導(dǎo)因素不盡相同，從而引導(dǎo)其村民活動(dòng)內(nèi)容和活動(dòng)方式的相繼變化，最終其公共空間屬性隨之發(fā)生改變。其次，參考古村落評(píng)價(jià)方法和城市公共空間評(píng)價(jià)方法，結(jié)合小洲村公共空間的自身特征及其使用情況分析，建立小洲村公共空間的現(xiàn)狀評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)。再次，根據(jù)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)，從風(fēng)貌特色、旅游設(shè)施和民俗文化三方面對(duì)其公共空間現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)，并對(duì)同一類(lèi)空間做出相對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)，得出小洲村公共空間的總體評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果，并分析其存在的主要問(wèn)題。最后，，提出小洲村更新的目標(biāo)、原則和思路，對(duì)其公共空間進(jìn)行總體布局，景觀風(fēng)貌控制、旅游設(shè)施布局、傳統(tǒng)民俗活動(dòng)分布，激活村落旅游發(fā)展，并對(duì)小洲村公共空間的重點(diǎn)地塊進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)，包括核心片區(qū)空間設(shè)計(jì)和局部重點(diǎn)空間設(shè)計(jì)。 論文研究了廣州市小洲村公共空間的演變歷程，建立了評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)并對(duì)現(xiàn)狀做出評(píng)價(jià)，提出相應(yīng)的更新策略，希望小洲村以其公共空間的留存與發(fā)展為契機(jī)，使其在廣州城市化背景下得到更好的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the economy of Guangzhou has developed rapidly, and the expansion of urban space is very obvious. The traditional villages have experienced an unprecedented process of village-town transformation, many of which were originally located in the ancient villages on the edge of the city. The passive evolution from the outer part of the city to the inner part of the city eventually became a part of the built area. In the process, some ancient villages were completely annihilated in the process of modernization of the city. Some ancient villages are faced with the problem of rebuilding villages in cities. However, Guangzhou, a representative city of Lingnan culture like this, In the course of its development and construction, it pays more attention to the inheritance of its local culture. The ancient village of Xiaozhou, which is the most characteristic of Lingnan Water Township in the edge of Guangzhou, contains not only rich traditional settlement culture, but also part of urban culture. First of all, combined with the situation of public space in Xiaozhou Village and the accumulation of relevant research materials, the paper concludes that the main factors influencing the change of public space are different in different periods. In order to guide the villagers to change the content and mode of their activities, and finally its public space attributes have changed. Secondly, referring to the ancient village evaluation method and urban public space evaluation method, Based on the analysis of the characteristics and usage of the public space in Xiaozhou village, the present situation evaluation index of the public space in Xiaozhou village is established. Thirdly, according to the evaluation index, the characteristics of the public space are analyzed. The present situation of public space is evaluated from tourism facilities and folklore culture, and the relative evaluation of the same kind of space is made. The overall evaluation results of public space in Xiaozhou Village are obtained, and the main problems are analyzed. The aim, principle and thought of the renewal of Xiaozhou Village are put forward. The general layout of public space, the control of landscape style and features, the layout of tourism facilities, the distribution of traditional folklore activities, and the activation of village tourism development are put forward. The paper also designs the key plots of public space in Xiaozhou Village, including the design of the core area and the design of the local key space. This paper studies the evolution course of public space in Xiaozhou village of Guangzhou, establishes the evaluation index and evaluates the present situation, and puts forward the corresponding renewal strategy, hoping that Xiaozhou village will take the retention and development of its public space as an opportunity. Make it get better development under the background of Guangzhou urbanization.
