【摘要】：現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)進(jìn)程的不斷加快帶來了工程建設(shè)領(lǐng)域的蓬勃發(fā)展。然而,在我國建筑業(yè)總產(chǎn)值高速增長的同時(shí),勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率和利潤總額卻并未呈現(xiàn)同幅度增加。我國工程建設(shè)業(yè)還普遍存在著管理方法不科學(xué)、技術(shù)水平較低、信息溝通不暢等狀況,這也對(duì)企業(yè)的利潤率造成很大的影響。在工程建設(shè)過程中,承發(fā)包模式及其合同結(jié)構(gòu)規(guī)定了工程建設(shè)生命周期內(nèi)主要主體的交互方式,對(duì)整個(gè)工程的進(jìn)度、成本、質(zhì)量等目標(biāo)控制和管理行為產(chǎn)生重要影響。因此,對(duì)工程承發(fā)包模式的選擇展開研究,對(duì)于提高工程管理水平具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。已有對(duì)工程承發(fā)包模式選擇的研究多以案例研究等定性分析方法為主,少數(shù)運(yùn)用決策理論和實(shí)證統(tǒng)計(jì)等數(shù)理分析方式,不能很好地對(duì)工程承發(fā)包過程進(jìn)行清晰、定量地刻畫,其研究思路也大多局限于微觀層面上的單次決策過程,而缺少在宏觀層面上對(duì)工程承發(fā)包模式發(fā)展趨勢(shì)的考察,無法對(duì)工程承發(fā)包模式的長期發(fā)展提供理論支持。因此,本文將結(jié)合工程建設(shè)實(shí)踐,在復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)論、行為科學(xué)論等理論基礎(chǔ)上,采用計(jì)算實(shí)驗(yàn)的方法構(gòu)建工程承發(fā)包模式的選擇與發(fā)展模型。探討在政策環(huán)境和市場(chǎng)環(huán)境的影響下,業(yè)主選擇偏好、工程復(fù)雜度和承包商水平等因素對(duì)DB模式和DBB模式發(fā)展趨勢(shì)的影響。通過實(shí)驗(yàn)?zāi)M得到以下重要結(jié)論：業(yè)主選擇傾向、工程復(fù)雜度和承包商水平均對(duì)工程承發(fā)包模式的選擇與發(fā)展趨勢(shì)有著顯著的影響；政策環(huán)境和市場(chǎng)環(huán)境影響承發(fā)包模式最終的發(fā)展?fàn)顟B(tài)；提高承包商水平是擴(kuò)大DB模式應(yīng)用空間的有效途徑。
[Abstract]:The accelerating process of modernization has brought about a vigorous development in the field of engineering construction. However, with the rapid growth of the gross output value of the construction industry in China, However, the total labor productivity and total profits have not increased by the same margin. In our country, the engineering construction industry still has many problems, such as unscientific management methods, low technical level, poor communication of information, etc. This also has a great impact on the profit margin of the enterprise. In the process of engineering construction, the contracting mode and its contract structure stipulate the interaction mode of the main body in the life cycle of the project construction, and the progress and cost of the whole project. Quality and other objective control and management behavior have an important impact. Therefore, research on the choice of contracting mode is carried out. It is of great practical significance to improve the level of engineering management. Most of the studies on the mode selection of project contracting are mainly based on qualitative analysis methods such as case study, and a few on the basis of mathematical analysis, such as decision theory and empirical statistics, etc. The process of engineering contracting can not be described clearly and quantitatively, and its research ideas are mostly confined to the single decision-making process at the micro level, but lack of the investigation on the development trend of the project contracting mode at the macro level. It is impossible to provide theoretical support for the long-term development of project contracting mode. Therefore, this paper will combine with engineering construction practice, on the basis of complex system theory, behavioral science theory and so on. The selection and development model of project contracting mode is constructed by the method of calculation experiment. Under the influence of policy environment and market environment, the choice preference of owner is discussed. The influence of engineering complexity and contractor level on the development trend of DB model and DBB mode. The project complexity and contractor level have significant influence on the selection and development trend of the contracting mode, the policy environment and the market environment influence the final development of the contracting mode. Improving contractor level is an effective way to expand the application space of DB model.
