舊城改造的道路交通系統(tǒng)設(shè)計方法研究

【摘要】:城市的舊城改造已經(jīng)成為當(dāng)今中國城市發(fā)展的重要主題,北京、上海、廣州、深圳等大城市紛紛啟動城市舊城區(qū)改造運動,依托良好區(qū)位和交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)來提升地區(qū)發(fā)展的競爭力。 本論文立足于廣州市荔灣區(qū)舊城改造,研究舊城、舊村和舊工廠交通現(xiàn)狀問題的分析方法,歸納舊城區(qū)的道路交通需求特征和預(yù)測方法,提出一套適用于大城市舊城改造的道路交通系統(tǒng)設(shè)計原則、策略和方法,取得了一定成果。 第一,本文首先提出舊城區(qū)交通現(xiàn)狀問題的分析方法,以廣州荔灣區(qū)為例,分析三種類型舊城區(qū)道路交通現(xiàn)狀問題的主要癥結(jié),其中公交和停車問題是舊城改造共同面臨的考驗。 第二,“以人文本、尊重歷史、兼顧各方利益”是舊城交通規(guī)劃的基本原則,“公交導(dǎo)向、高密度支路網(wǎng)和適度從緊停車政策”是舊城交通發(fā)展的主要方向,這是舊城交通與新城交通在規(guī)劃手段上差異性,也是舊城交通需求預(yù)測方法特征之一。 第三,,地區(qū)發(fā)展定位、歷史文化積淀和實際改造目標(biāo)是指導(dǎo)舊城道路交通設(shè)計方向的關(guān)鍵因素,本文通過分析城市發(fā)展對道路交通設(shè)計的不同訴求,提出一套適用于大城市舊城改造的道路交通系統(tǒng)設(shè)計原則、策略和方法,并以廣州荔灣區(qū)舊城改造項目為例進行實例論證。 最后,論文對研究的成果進行了簡要總結(jié),論文中的成果對于我國舊城改造的道路交通系統(tǒng)研究具有一定的參考價值。同時,對未來仍需要進一步研究的內(nèi)容進行了簡單討論和設(shè)想。
[Abstract]:The transformation of old cities has become an important theme in the development of cities in China. Big cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and so on have started the urban old urban renewal movement. Rely on good location and transportation infrastructure construction to enhance the competitiveness of regional development. Based on the reconstruction of the old city in Liwan District of Guangzhou City, this paper studies the analysis methods of the traffic situation of the old city, the old village and the old factory, and summarizes the characteristics and forecasting methods of the road traffic demand in the old city. This paper puts forward a set of design principles, strategies and methods of road traffic system suitable for the reconstruction of the old city of big cities, and some achievements have been made. First, this paper first puts forward the analysis method of the traffic status of the old urban area, taking Liwan District of Guangzhou as an example, analyzes the main sticking point of the three types of road traffic status problems in the old urban area. Among them, the problem of public transportation and parking is the test of the old city reconstruction. Second, "respect for history and the interests of all parties" are the basic principles of traffic planning in the old city, and "public transport guidance, high-density branch road network and the policy of appropriate parking" are the main directions for the development of traffic in the old city. This is the difference between the old city traffic and the new city traffic planning means, and it is also one of the characteristics of the old city traffic demand forecasting method. Third, the location of regional development, historical and cultural accumulation and actual reconstruction objectives are the key factors to guide the direction of road traffic design in the old city. This paper analyzes the different demands of urban development on road traffic design. This paper puts forward a set of design principles, strategies and methods of road traffic system suitable for the reconstruction of the old city in big cities, and takes the old city reconstruction project of Liwan district in Guangzhou as an example to demonstrate it. Finally, the paper briefly summarizes the results of the research, the results of the paper have a certain reference value for the study of the road traffic system in the old city transformation of our country. At the same time, The contents that need further research in the future are briefly discussed and conceived.
