【摘要】：山西省澤州縣周村鎮(zhèn)是省級歷史文化名鎮(zhèn),古鎮(zhèn)內(nèi)保存了自宋代以來的大量古建筑,有民居建筑也有商業(yè)等公共建筑,堪稱歷史文化的瑰寶。但是近幾十年來,隨著村鎮(zhèn)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,這些古建筑與居民生活條件的改善不相協(xié)調(diào)。一方面,大量傳統(tǒng)建筑特別是民居遭到了破壞,或廢棄,或拆掉重建,這給建筑地域文化的完整性和整個(gè)古鎮(zhèn)的未來發(fā)展造成了巨大的損失；另一方面,由于當(dāng)?shù)囟嗌降?地少人多,再加上危舊房的困擾,居民的居住環(huán)境和條件十分惡劣,造成了心理和生理上的雙重折磨,社會問題亟待解決。 2012年6月,筆者作為周村鎮(zhèn)老商業(yè)街改造設(shè)計(jì)的參與者,對老商業(yè)街沿街居民的的居住環(huán)境和生活條件也十分關(guān)心。論文從整個(gè)周村古鎮(zhèn)傳統(tǒng)民居建筑的調(diào)查分析開始,對周村古鎮(zhèn)老商業(yè)街沿街建筑的基本情況做了深入分析,又主要受到吳良鏞先生“有機(jī)更新”理論和他主持的北京菊兒胡同等實(shí)踐項(xiàng)目的影響,提出了對周村鎮(zhèn)老商業(yè)街沿街建筑再生的理論指導(dǎo)。并在再生設(shè)計(jì)理論的指導(dǎo)下,進(jìn)行了老商業(yè)街沿街建筑的再生設(shè)計(jì)。所以說,老商業(yè)街建筑的再生設(shè)計(jì)思路也是“有機(jī)更新”理論在古村鎮(zhèn)傳統(tǒng)建筑更新中的一個(gè)創(chuàng)新性的運(yùn)用,也是一個(gè)普遍性規(guī)律在一個(gè)特殊性的環(huán)境中的實(shí)踐性的檢驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:Zhoucun Town, Zezhou County, Shanxi Province, is a famous historical and cultural town at the provincial level. The ancient town has preserved a large number of ancient buildings since the Song Dynasty. There are residential buildings and public buildings, such as commercial buildings. It can be regarded as a treasure of history and culture. But in recent decades, With the economic development of villages and towns, these ancient buildings are not in harmony with the improvement of the living conditions of residents. On the one hand, a large number of traditional buildings, especially residential buildings, have been destroyed, abandoned, or demolished or rebuilt. This has caused great losses to the integrity of the architectural region and culture and the future development of the entire ancient town. On the other hand, because of the mountainous area, the small land and the large number of people, as well as the troubles of the dilapidated old houses, the residents' living environment and conditions are very poor. Has caused the psychological and the physiological double torment, the social question urgently needs to be solved. In June 2012, as a participant in the renovation design of the old commercial street in Zhoucun Town, the author also paid great attention to the living environment and living conditions of the residents along the Old Commercial Street. The paper began with the investigation and analysis of the traditional residential buildings in the ancient town of Zhoucun. This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the basic situation of the buildings along the old commercial street in the ancient town of Zhoucun, and is mainly influenced by the theory of "organic renewal" by Mr. Wu Liangyong and the practical projects such as the Beijing Juerhutong, which he chairs. Under the guidance of regeneration design theory, the regeneration design of the old commercial street along the street is carried out. The idea of old commercial street building regeneration design is also an innovative application of "organic renewal" theory in the renewal of traditional buildings in ancient villages and towns. It is also a practical test of a universal law in a special environment.
