某大型火力發(fā)電廠鋼結(jié)構(gòu)主廠房結(jié)構(gòu)方案設(shè)計(jì)與動(dòng)力特性分析

【摘要】:火力發(fā)電一直是我國電源結(jié)構(gòu)中的主力,其直接關(guān)系到城市用電的正常供應(yīng),必須需要較高的抗震設(shè)防準(zhǔn)則以保證工程結(jié)構(gòu)的安全性。近年來,隨著裝載機(jī)組容量的增大和高烈度地區(qū)電廠數(shù)量的增加,傳統(tǒng)鋼筋混凝土框排架結(jié)構(gòu)所存在的諸多問題如:底層柱截面過大、軸壓比超限等已難以滿足需求。隨著鋼結(jié)構(gòu)在我國的快速發(fā)展,大型火力發(fā)電廠主廠房越來越多的采用此類結(jié)構(gòu)形式。 大型火力發(fā)電廠主廠房工藝布置復(fù)雜,樓層布置不規(guī)則,屬于剛度和質(zhì)量分布嚴(yán)重不均勻的結(jié)構(gòu),結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)較為復(fù)雜且需同時(shí)考慮諸多因素。通常對于大型火力發(fā)電廠鋼結(jié)構(gòu)主廠房的研究主要集中在節(jié)點(diǎn)或支撐等單一影響因素對于結(jié)構(gòu)整體性能的影響,而對于多因素耦合影響的研究較少。本文在總結(jié)以往大型火力發(fā)電廠鋼結(jié)構(gòu)主廠房設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)之上,,以某較為常見的前煤倉雙鋼框架火力發(fā)電廠主廠房為模型,對于該廠房結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)中所涉及到的結(jié)構(gòu)材料的選取,結(jié)構(gòu)體系的選擇,節(jié)點(diǎn)連接處的構(gòu)造與設(shè)計(jì)以及框架柱計(jì)算長度系數(shù)的取值進(jìn)行了研究,并為提高此類結(jié)構(gòu)的安全性設(shè)計(jì)提出了一些建議。從而為該類結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)提供較為合理的依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Thermal power generation has always been the main force of power supply structure in China, which is directly related to the normal supply of electricity in cities. With the increase of loaders' capacity and the number of power plants in high intensity areas, many problems of traditional reinforced concrete frame bent structure such as: the section of bottom column is too large, With the rapid development of steel structure in our country, the main building of large thermal power plant is more and more adopting this kind of structure form. The main powerhouse of large thermal power plant has complex process layout and irregular floor arrangement, which is a structure with serious uneven distribution of stiffness and mass. The structural design is more complicated and many factors should be considered simultaneously. Usually, the research on the steel structure main building of large thermal power plant is mainly focused on the influence of single factors such as joints or braces on the overall performance of the structure. On the basis of summing up the design experience of the steel structure main building of large thermal power plant, this paper takes a common former coal bunker double steel frame thermal power plant as the model. The selection of structural materials, the selection of structure system, the construction and design of joint joint and the calculation length coefficient of frame column are studied in this paper. Some suggestions are put forward to improve the safety design of this kind of structure, so as to provide a more reasonable basis for the design of this kind of structure.
