【摘要】：世界經(jīng)濟在快速發(fā)展，國民的物質生活水準也在不斷提升，人們對健康的標準也提高了。世界正面臨著不斷增長的人口老齡化，這種態(tài)勢在中國變得越來越嚴重，以至于老人的生活質量，生活環(huán)境和其他問題也日益突出。中國的養(yǎng)老問題對于老年人的晚年生活快樂與否起著關鍵作用，那么老年群體的生活空間和生活環(huán)境在住宅設計中日益受到了更多的關注。 本文分析了老年人的生理和心理狀態(tài)的變化特點，并實地進行問卷調查，根據(jù)調查的數(shù)據(jù)事實，分析了發(fā)達國家?guī)追N養(yǎng)老模式的優(yōu)劣，通過數(shù)據(jù)和實例的分析總結，給本文中老年群體在居住空間的需求給予了數(shù)據(jù)實例支持。 本文在老年群體的居住空間設計中，主要從兩大部分進行論述。第一部分主要論述老年人在居住使用空間上的需求變化，主要是從空間的流線組織和物理環(huán)境上的需求變化上來說明的；第二部分是老年群體的室內家居設計，主要是從空間的室內裝飾方面進行論述的，這包括老人房家具特點和軟裝飾的運用等。文章還涉及到老年群體居室的其它空間設計，衛(wèi)生間和廚房的人性化設計會給使用者帶來意想不到的便利。本文就這兩部分空間的設計在細節(jié)上進行了細致的論述，同時也給設計界提出了新的觀點。最后本文列舉了我國老人房室內設計的實例，用設計的真實案例來說明了以上的設計觀點，，更具有事實說服力。
[Abstract]:The world economy is growing rapidly, the material standard of living of the people is also rising, and people's standards of health have also been raised. The world is facing an aging population, which is becoming more and more serious in China. As a result, the quality of life, living environment and other problems of the elderly are becoming increasingly prominent. The problem of the aged in China plays a key role in the happiness of the elderly in their old age. So the living space and living environment of the old people are paid more and more attention in the residential design. This paper analyzes the changing characteristics of the physical and psychological state of the elderly, and carries out a questionnaire survey on the spot. According to the data facts of the investigation, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of several pension models in developed countries, and summarizes them through the analysis of data and examples. This paper gives data examples to support the demand of living space for the middle-aged and aged groups in this paper. In the design of residential space for the elderly, this paper mainly discusses from two parts. The first part mainly discusses the changes of the needs of the elderly in the living space. Mainly from the space streamline organization and the physical environment demand change to explain; the second part is the elderly group's interior household design, mainly carries on the elaboration from the space interior decoration aspect, This includes the characteristics of the furniture and the use of soft decoration, etc. The article also involves other space design of the living rooms of the elderly. The humanized design of the bathroom and kitchen will bring unexpected convenience to the user. This paper discusses the details of the design of these two parts of space in detail. At the same time, a new point of view is put forward to the design field. Finally, this paper enumerates the examples of the interior design of the elderly house in our country, and illustrates the above design viewpoint with the real design case, which is more convincing in fact.
