【摘要】：隨著我國城市化進(jìn)程的加快和社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的進(jìn)一步調(diào)整和升級,深圳等一線城市土地資源緊張的問題日益明顯,功能單一的高科技園區(qū)所帶來的問題日益突出。于此同時,高科技園內(nèi)從業(yè)人員的工作、生活、出行和社交等方面發(fā)生了重大變化,他們對自己所在的高科技園區(qū)提出了新的要求�；旌侠碚撚绊懴鲁霈F(xiàn)的高科技園區(qū)順應(yīng)了當(dāng)今社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和人們工作、生活的需要,具有較大的發(fā)展?jié)摿�。而高科技園區(qū)規(guī)劃設(shè)計中最重要的部分就是其功能布局,將其做為重要的對象加以系統(tǒng)化的研究具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。 文章緒論通過闡述現(xiàn)今高科技園區(qū)發(fā)展過程中出現(xiàn)的問題,從而引出本文需要研究的內(nèi)容,并進(jìn)一步對本文的研究目的、研究意義、研究內(nèi)容和方法作了具體的介紹。 第二章是高科技園區(qū)和功能混合相關(guān)概念的界定,并分別闡述了城市混合功能理論和高科技園區(qū)的研究概論。 第三章分析了我國高科技園區(qū)的現(xiàn)狀,選取了兩個典型園區(qū)并做了問卷調(diào)查和訪問,并分析了現(xiàn)狀中存在的問題。 第四章分析了高科技園區(qū)功能混合布局的影響因素,其主要分為內(nèi)在因素和外在因素并總結(jié)了其功能混合布局的原則。 第五章是基于前面的研究,分析高科技園區(qū)的功能構(gòu)成類型及其各功能之間的關(guān)系,并提出了相應(yīng)的功能混合布局模式和布局結(jié)構(gòu),使得本研究具有實際了意義。 最后,文章概括性的總結(jié)了本次論文研究的主要結(jié)論,并提出可以進(jìn)一步研究的內(nèi)容。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of urbanization and the development of social economy and the further adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure in China, the problem of land resources shortage in first-tier cities such as Shenzhen has become increasingly obvious. At the same time, there have been major changes in the work, life, travel and social life of employees in the high-tech parks. They have put forward new requirements for their high-tech parks. The high-tech parks that have emerged under the influence of the mixed theory conform to the development of today's society and economy and the needs of people's work and life. The most important part of the planning and design of high-tech park is its functional layout. It is of great practical significance to systematize the research on it as an important object. In the introduction of this paper, the problems in the development of hi-tech parks are expounded, which leads to the contents of this paper, and further introduces the purpose, significance, contents and methods of the research. The second chapter is the definition of high-tech park and the related concepts of function mix, and expounds the theory of urban mixed function and the research introduction of high-tech park respectively. The third chapter analyzes the current situation of high-tech parks in China, selects two typical parks and makes questionnaires and interviews, and analyzes the problems existing in the present situation. Chapter 4th analyzes the influencing factors of the functional mixed layout of high-tech parks, which are mainly divided into internal and external factors and summarizes the principles of their functional mixed layout. Chapter 5th is based on the previous research, analyzes the functional types of high-tech parks and the relationship between their functions, and puts forward the corresponding functional mixed layout model and layout structure, which makes the research has practical significance. Finally, the paper summarizes the main conclusions of this paper, and puts forward the contents that can be further studied.
