【摘要】：我國高等教育體制改革不斷深入,濱州醫(yī)學(xué)院緊緊把握這一重大戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展機(jī)遇,不斷擴(kuò)大辦學(xué)規(guī)模,隨之帶來的是在校生人數(shù)的急劇增加,原有的校園資源不能滿足學(xué)校正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的需求,這勢(shì)必要求學(xué)校加強(qiáng)對(duì)基本建設(shè)的投入。然而,目前學(xué)校資金來源渠道窄,基本建設(shè)資金籌措有限,因此,在保證工程質(zhì)量和工期的前提下加強(qiáng)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的成本控制,使有限的投入達(dá)到效益最大化,就成為學(xué)�；窘ㄔO(shè)工作要面對(duì)的一項(xiàng)重要任務(wù),對(duì)學(xué)�；窘ㄔO(shè)成本控制的分析與研究顯得尤為重要。本文首先明確了研究的目的和意義,分析了國內(nèi)外工程項(xiàng)目成本控制研究的現(xiàn)狀,分別詳細(xì)研究了目標(biāo)成本管理理論、價(jià)值鏈理論、收益值分析理論和項(xiàng)目制造的生命周期理論等建設(shè)項(xiàng)目成本控制的基本理論：然后,本文對(duì)濱州醫(yī)學(xué)院’G2公寓樓的建設(shè)實(shí)例進(jìn)行了研究,分析采用了費(fèi)用偏差分析法來測量和計(jì)算已完工作預(yù)算費(fèi)用(BCWP)、已完工作實(shí)際費(fèi)用(ACWP)和計(jì)劃工作預(yù)算費(fèi)用(BCWS),對(duì)工程的進(jìn)度情況和工程消耗的費(fèi)用情況進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控和分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目建設(shè)過程存在的問題,最后,對(duì)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的各個(gè)階段進(jìn)行了成本控制的方法和對(duì)策的探討,并提出建議。工程項(xiàng)目成本控制必須圍繞成本控制這個(gè)中心,構(gòu)建一套貫穿全體施工人員以及公司各部門的項(xiàng)目成木控制體系,在企業(yè)中建立工程成木控制責(zé)任制,實(shí)施全面和全員的控制,促進(jìn)工程管理水平以及施工、技術(shù)水平的全面提高。希望本文的研究能對(duì)濱州醫(yī)學(xué)院G2公寓樓項(xiàng)目的成本控制提供參考和指導(dǎo)的意義。
[Abstract]:The reform of our country's higher education system is deepening constantly. Binzhou Medical College has grasped this important strategic development opportunity and expanded the scale of running a school, which has brought about a sharp increase in the number of students in the school. The original campus resources cannot meet the needs of the normal operation of the school, which is bound to require the school to strengthen its investment in capital construction. However, at present, the funding sources of the school are narrow and the capital construction financing is limited, so, Strengthening the cost control of the construction project and maximizing the benefit of the limited investment under the premise of ensuring the project quality and the construction period have become an important task for the school capital construction work. It is particularly important to analyze and study the cost control of school capital construction. Firstly, the purpose and significance of the research are clarified, the current situation of the research on cost control of engineering projects at home and abroad is analyzed, and the theory of target cost management is studied in detail. The theory of value chain, the theory of profit value analysis and the theory of life cycle of project manufacturing, and so on, the basic theory of cost control of construction project: then, this paper studies the construction example of Gui G2 apartment building of Binzhou Medical College. The cost deviation analysis method is used to measure and calculate the estimated cost of the finished work, the actual cost of the finished work and the cost of the planned work budget. The progress of the project and the cost of the project consumption are monitored and analyzed in real time. Finally, the paper discusses the methods and countermeasures of cost control in each stage of the construction project, and puts forward some suggestions. The cost control of the project must revolve around the center of cost control. Set up a set of project wood control system which runs through all the construction personnel and all departments of the company, establish the engineering timber control responsibility system in the enterprise, carry out the overall and all-staff control, promote the project management level and construction, It is hoped that the research in this paper can provide reference and guidance for the cost control of G2 apartment building of Binzhou Medical College.
