【摘要】:隨著我國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和人民生活水平的提高,國家和民眾越來越重視身體健康和疾病防治。從一線大城市到縣鄉(xiāng)城鎮(zhèn),一個新建、改建、擴(kuò)建醫(yī)院的熱潮正在興起,這使得對現(xiàn)代化醫(yī)院建設(shè)的研究十分必要。醫(yī)院住院樓電氣設(shè)計(jì)是醫(yī)院設(shè)計(jì)中一個重要組成部分,住院樓供電質(zhì)量和可靠性、智能化程度等等都直接關(guān)系到醫(yī)務(wù)工作的正常、有序的開展。 本文在對株洲市人民醫(yī)院住院大樓電氣設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合對國內(nèi)外醫(yī)院住院樓建筑了解、分析、比對,從現(xiàn)代化的角度探索綜合醫(yī)院住院樓供電電源可靠性、負(fù)荷分級和計(jì)算、低壓配電、導(dǎo)線選擇、照明、智能應(yīng)急疏散照明系統(tǒng)、等電位聯(lián)結(jié)、醫(yī)療IT系統(tǒng)、弱電系統(tǒng)等幾方面的設(shè)計(jì)方法。闡述了現(xiàn)代化醫(yī)院住院樓電氣設(shè)計(jì)的要點(diǎn)、特點(diǎn)、設(shè)計(jì)思路。并對住院樓電氣設(shè)計(jì)的重點(diǎn)問題如電源可靠性設(shè)置、照明設(shè)計(jì)的環(huán)保與節(jié)能、供配電系統(tǒng)的經(jīng)濟(jì)與安全、醫(yī)療IT系統(tǒng)必要性、智能應(yīng)急照明系統(tǒng)在住院樓的應(yīng)用等等做了系統(tǒng)分析。同時,一個綜合醫(yī)院住院樓的優(yōu)秀電氣設(shè)計(jì)還必須有各專業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的密切配合,醫(yī)療建筑才能有效地發(fā)揮出本能,突出“以人為本”的服務(wù)理念。 本文具體在計(jì)算負(fù)荷統(tǒng)計(jì),中心變電房低壓主母線及導(dǎo)線選擇,低壓屏的集中無功補(bǔ)償,病房照度,屋頂防雷進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算。對目前新型智能應(yīng)急疏散照明系統(tǒng)在醫(yī)院等重要公共建筑中使用的必然性進(jìn)行了論證;住院樓的接地,尤其深入描述了醫(yī)療IT系統(tǒng)的做法;以及住院樓常用弱電系統(tǒng)中獨(dú)立系統(tǒng)和綜合布線系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了歸類和詳細(xì)說明。附圖部分提供了株洲市人民醫(yī)院裝修后的電氣裝置照片,本文提供類似工程設(shè)計(jì)參考。
[Abstract]:With the development of our national economy and the improvement of the people's living standards, the state and the public are paying more and more attention to physical health and disease prevention and treatment. From a big city to a county and township town, a new, rebuilt and expanded hospital is rising. This makes it necessary to study the construction of modern hospitals. The electrical design of hospital buildings is an important part of hospital design. The quality and reliability of power supply, the degree of intelligence and so on are directly related to the normal medical work. Develop in an orderly manner. Based on the practice of electric design of the hospital building in Zhuzhou people's Hospital, this paper combines the understanding, analysis and comparison of the domestic and foreign hospital buildings, and explores the reliability of the power supply in the general hospital building from the perspective of modernization. The design methods of load classification and calculation, low voltage distribution, conductor selection, lighting, intelligent emergency evacuation lighting system, equipotential connection, medical IT system, weak electricity system, etc. Characteristics, design ideas, and the key issues of electrical design of hospital buildings, such as reliability of power supply, environmental protection and energy saving of lighting design, economy and safety of power supply and distribution system, necessity of medical IT system, The application of intelligent emergency lighting system in hospital buildings and so on has been systematically analyzed. At the same time, the excellent electrical design of a general hospital building must be closely coordinated by various professional designs, so that medical buildings can effectively display their instinct. Highlight the "people-oriented" service concept. In this paper, the calculation load statistics, the selection of low voltage main bus and wire, the centralized reactive power compensation of low voltage screen, the illuminance of ward, The necessity of the new intelligent emergency evacuation lighting system used in hospitals and other important public buildings is demonstrated, the grounding of hospital buildings, especially the practice of medical IT system is described in detail. As well as the classification and detailed explanation of the independent system and the comprehensive wiring system in the common weak electricity system of the hospital building. The attached drawings provide the photos of the electrical installation after the decoration of Zhuzhou people's Hospital, and this paper provides the reference for similar engineering design.
